MINIMUM 2 MONTH RENTAL REQUIREMENT.Sink your tired feet into the white powder sands of Daytona Beach Shores. There's nothing like walking along the beach, watching the sunrise on your balcony with a nice cup of coffee, or watching the sundown on the second balcony over the IntraCoastal Waterway with a crisp cool glass of wine.
Our condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and the IntraCoastal Waterway with 2 balconies. The master bedroom opens to the ocean view balcony and the additional 2 bedrooms open up to the river. This is a 4th floor condo of an 7 floor building making it easy to come and go. The condo is beautifully furnished with modern amenities, flat screen tv's, washer, dryer, the kitchen was remodeled in 2010. You'll enjoy 1632 square feet of living area and a fantastic 400 square feet of balconies. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds, flat screen tv's and plenty of storage.
The kitchen is open to the living room making it a great place for family and friends to gather. We supply bedding, sheets, linens, towels including beach towels and beach chairs and umbrella. You need only to bring your personal items.
There is secure above ground parking in a covered garage and you're within a few minutes of grocery stores, restaurants. Check out our location on Google maps and use our address of 3255 S. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118. Ask us about our You Tube video . You can go to You Tube and under the search area, type in Daytona LaMer 407 for a great look at this beautiful condo.
We love dogs but they MUST BE UNDER 20 POUNDS. This is a requirement of the Homeowner's Association. You can check out our videos on You Tube. Just go to that website and type in Sharon Schroeder. When the website comes up look for Sharon Schroeder 17 videos. Click under 'About' and you will see the videos for this apartment. When it gets a little windy you have two balconies to sit on. One is direct ocean view and the other is facing the IntraCoastal Waterway. You can start on the ocean front balcony and move to the second balcony if it gets too windy. You have the best of both worlds. You also have the sunrise in the morning with the oceanfront balcony and you have a glorious 180 degree sunset view of the IntraCoastal Waterway from our balcony.

Great stay in Daytona Beach
My wife and I have been vacationing in the Daytona area since the late 80`s and have stayed at many condos in Daytona Beach Shores (our favorite destination) ...the La Mer condo is the best. Morning coffee at sunrise on the ocean view balcony to late day cocktails at sunset on the river front balcony. This condo has all the amenities needed. Its southeast views are absolutely wonderful. It feels like home away from home. The owners are super people, making sure we feel welcomed. The place is spotless. Just writing this review wants me to go back....and we will. Five stars in Daytona Beach Shores.
Wanted to stay longer!
My family and I have been to Daytona a few times and have always loved it. This time, we decided on a longer stay to fully enjoy the beach and relaxation. This condo is the perfect getaway! It has two balconies, one with a view of the inter coastal waterway and the other (my favorite) views the ocean. The beaches of Daytona are some of my favorite in the country and this condo is only steps away from the sand. We were able to take chairs out to the beach and just sit and watch the kiddo play in the water. The owners were there to greet us upon our arrival and were very helpful. Very nice people. I can't say enough good things about the beach and location. As for the condo, it was very nice. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is big enough to have two people in there cooking/prepping. And, it has everything you need. The property is very clean and well kept with a nice park right next door. I do a lot of work from home so it was also nice to have free wifi in the condo. If you're a golfer, there is a nice course less than 2 miles away.
If you're looking to vacation for a month or longer, this is a much better option than a hotel. I can't wait to stay here again.
