This beautiful newly remodelled and redecorated (October 2013) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1350 sq. ft condo has magnificent views over the swimming pool, lake and landscaped gardens.
There are three heated pools, hot tub, tennis courts and a gymansium.The nearest swimming pool can be accessed directly from the building.
The beautiful award winning beaches of Delray are one mile away along with the world famous Atlantic Avenue with its art galleries, restaurants and boutiques.
The condo is extremely bright and light with brand new top end furnishings and modern appliances.
The condo is a non smoking unit and unfortunately we do not allow pets.

Ideal Location
We stayed at this condo for the month of April 2016. The condo was in excellent condition and very, very clean. It was easy to make the reservation and the owner was readily available and helped answer many of our questions.
The condo was recently renovated with new furnishings and they were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed.
The location was ideal. It was close to Atlantic Avenue which has numerous shops and restaurants, which we frequented often. The beach was a five minute drive. There are also many golf courses in the area and easy to get tee times.
The pools were never crowded and the view of the lake was an added feature.
If I had to find something negative about the complex it was that it did not have a grill to barbecue on. This is something that the condo association might want to consider.
An absolutely lovely condo and we hope to rent it again.
Location
The Delray Racquet Club features access to three heated swimming pools, all a short walk from the condo. The resort style pool has a hot tub. There is also a gymnasium for guests to enjoy.
The Delray Tennis Club is seconds away and the International Tennis Academy a five minute walk.
The award winning beach of Delray is one mile away within the state park. Beach activities include snorkeling, kayaking, diving, windsurfing and jet skiing.
For golfers some of the finest and most beautiful golf courses in South Florida are only a short drive away.
Downtown Atlantic Avenue is only a short drive, where you will be able to enjoy the many restaurants, boutiques and art galleries and experience the vibrant nightlife and entertainment.
Delray Beach is a 30 minute drive from Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach International Airports.
Delray is situated between Boca Raton and West Palm Beach and it is only 45 minutes from the famous and exciting South Beach of Miami.
