About this property

Pia’s Place

Pia's place is located in a closed street making it a quiet location. This fully tiled, three bed home has everything you need. It is situated 2km from Townsville city, shopping malls, ferry to Magnetic Island, Townsville Strand and public swimming pool. The house is a short walk to the V8 track, parks, boat ramp. It has a large kitchen and an outside area for you to BBQ and enjoy Townsville weather on your private patio. The main bed has a queen and the two additional bedroom have double beds. There is a sofa lounge in the common area. Everything you need in the kitchen to cater for two people or a large family. The bathroom has towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper. There is a front gate about a meter high across the carport to keep your pets in.
If you find Pia’s is booked out we also have the Transit Lounge, a three bed house close to the city and airport which is also pet friendly.

There is a key pad near front door so you can access the property any time that suits you.

We live close by so happy to pop over if you need anything.

Why they chose this property

This property was built t in 1997. The design is like a traditional Queenslander with cross breezes flowing through by opening all the doors.

What makes this property unique

There is a private court yard which makes a nice touch to increase privacy from the neighbours or to BBQ. The property is located near Mangroves so at dusk and dawn there are sandflies. I have provided mossie coils on the patio to rid them.
