Welcome to Emily's Beach House!

This condo is located in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier and village area. It is directly across the street from tide contingent beach access. Just steps away are the St. Simons lighthouse, oceanfront Neptune Park with resort-style pool, playground, miniature golf and oceanfront picnic areas.

Emily's Beach House is a charming two bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, wonderfully furnished in casual beach décor. Wood floors and paneling throughout create a cozy fishing lodge-like atmosphere, ideal for seaside getaways!

The open floor plan with kitchen and dining room, allow for everyone to be together in the same space. Your private balcony with gentle sounds of the ocean in the distance is the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails or a great beach book!

Please Note: A $250 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking. A $100 non-refundable reservation fee which is applied to all reservations and is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Great place--will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and intend to visit again! The place itself was clean and exactly what we needed for our family of four. Very close to the beach and within walking distance of the pier and all the restaurants there and also a walk, just a little further, to the restaurants near the King and Prince resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip!

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in this little gem. The condo was more than equipped with supplies and furnishings to feel right at home. We absolutely loved staying at St. Simons Island!

Long weekend

We were looking for a place to go that was not too far from Tampa. Condo was just like the pictures. Location was great for walking to the down town. Easy drive to areas nearby. Drive to Savannah is an easy day trip. The view to the water is exactly as the pictures show. The access is right across the street. Location is excellent.

Beach trip

We have stayed here twice now. Great place and so close to beach and village. Have stayed in 4 different places on St Simons but this is our favorite. Hope to stay more often.
