This home is a relaxing getaway from the bustling city life. A beautiful sunset can be enjoyed from the newly remodeled pier and tiki hut which are within walking distance. The Florida Key's popular John Pennekamp National Park is a mile away. Publix, Kmart and other stores are two blocks away. Many popular restaurants and food chains are in a close proximity. All perfect for a relaxing get away from your busy life. Minimum of monthly stay.

About Elsa Garrote

We live in Miami and we use to vacationed in the Keys a lot. We have never run out of things to do during any of our stays. Owner purchase this property as a second home. The Keys are spectacular. The dinning and entertainments are Fantastic. We loved it so much that we decided to purchase a place here. We hope that you will enjoy your stay at our home.

The property is completely remodeled with a master bedroom that includes a queen bed and an enclosed bathroom. The other bedroom has a full sized bed with the guest bathroom nearby. There is also a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. A complete kitchen with all appliances and central air conditioning. The yard has a roofed patio and barbecue for outdoor grilling. There is also a washer and dryer. Minimum of monthly stay.

No surprises here! The property is exactly as photographed and described. It has everything you'd want for an extended stay vacation. Elsa and Roger, our hosts, were wonderful. We had no problems whatsoever with anything. (Cable TV, Internet, Air Conditioning etc...all worked great!) Elsa provided us with a pass key card to access the Village beach and dock area which we often used. The neighbors are friendly which is always a plus. We used their propane BBQ often and had nice dinners on the ceramic patio. There are lots of touristy things to do in the keys and we definitely took advantage of being in the area. The fruit and vegetable market (10 minute walk away) which was open daily, was a welcome find. The queen sized bed was very comfortable. We had a great stay!
