About the property

In the Mont Ventoux region, close to a local village

Situated at the foot of Mont Ventoux, in a beautiful wine and fruit growing area, Villa St Aimée is a beautiful, 5 bedroom villa, ideal for 8-10 people.

One of the advantages of this place is the fantastic location. It's only 1.5 miles to the village, yet you are surrounded by a typical Provençal countryside.

You've got a fruit farm and vineyards on your doorstep (the rest of the owners land surrounding the villa is given over to agriculture) with some great towns and villages easily accessible for daily excursions

The house is the largest villa, one of four properties on the same site. As well as having their own private space, all the villas share the large, heated swimming pool and the great communal gardens with toys and games.

Villa St Aimée is south facing, has a lovely terrace for dining outside, and looks onto the large securely gated communal swimming pool, which measuring 14m x 7m, is plenty big enough.

The spacious living area is very well equipped with a dining table and chairs, sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV and a CD player. The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic hob stove, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine should you feel the need to do any holiday laundry!

There are a great five bedrooms in this property – two double rooms and a twin room, and then a spacious mezzanine containing a double bed upstairs and a double downstairs. Finally, there’s a mezzanine style bedroom above the lounge.

With a bathroom and two shower rooms in this property, there should rarely be queues at busy times!

Outside there’s a load to do at this property! If you’re feeling lazy, you can just sit back and relax on the large lawned areas, or your own private terrace. Alternatively, you can keep yourself busy and take advantage of the multitude of facilities, including a boules terrain, ping-pong table, volleyball court, table football and a children’s swing/slide. There’s also a BBQ if you fancy taking full advantage of the long evenings!

The property shares a gated, heated (from 1 May to 30 September) communal pool with three other villas. At 14m x 7m, it’s easily big enough to allow everyone to take a refreshing dip during the warm summers, or simply lounge about on the supplied furniture taking in the sun.

The owner has installed a Wi Fi connection, making it even easier to stay in contact with home!

A cot and high chair is available at this property.
