Waterfront, Rocky Creek Shoals - Unit 1

This is not your typical high-priced, cookie cutter, Florida condo. Instead, this is a lovely older (some say "dated") waterfront, doublewide manufactured home with a fenced yard in an older NW Tampa residential community (not a trailer park) developed in the 1960's. It is situated on Rocky Creek, a saltwater (brackish) canal that leads into Tampa Bay & the Gulf of Mexico. Kayaks are available for use of the adventurous at your own risk.

Roomy & Relaxing Waterfront Spot 💚

A relaxing, quaint spot on the canal that is perfect for fishing. The house was spacious and was well stocked. Jack was a great host and we will be back!

Tolles Haus am Kanal.

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, schön ruhig. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Schöne Terrasse, 2 Kajaks zur Benutzung. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren zum 2ten mal dort und kann es nur empfehlen. Kontakt zum Vermieter ist top. Von mir klar Daumen hoch.

Great Place

The set up was amazing, nothing fancy, but everything enjoy. The water and kayak access was amazing. The slider doors from the bedroom to the back deck!!! I would definitely go back just to relax and enjoy !!

Living on the canal

Jack is a lovely host and has been great with communication and personal service. We all enjoyed staying in his guest house. It had all that we needed and we enjoyed its location.
