About this property

The house is located at Sutri , a small village of Etruscan origin just north of Rome, and is an ideal base from which to explore Rome, the Northern district lakes (Bracciano, Vico and Bolsena) and Umbria. The immediate area also offer a good mixture of interesting archaeological and historical sites, beautiful countryside and two golf courses.
The house with a 40sqm garden with terrace , is on 3 levels where we have chosen to combine some of its original features (tufo rocks and wooden beams) with more modern materials such as iron , wood and glass. The result is a rather quirky, but utterly unique and charming house.
There is a big open-space kitchen, a large dining room (9 seats),a large living room. Luxury, comfort and design are the main features of the house.

Golf: Near to Sutri there are two famous and spectacular golf courses: Olgiata (10Km); Le Querce-Sutri (3 km).

Great Location

Property was a little difficult to find with no clear instructions given as to how to get there. However we were able to call Daniela who came and guided us there. The property is spread over 4 floors and stairs may be an issue for some. However inside it was beautiful and all amenities were provided. Car parking is available two minutes away as is the Piazza which has some shops, restaurants and cafes.

A little gem

Such a lovely house, well equipped and located in the quirky town of Sutri. There's always something happening in Sutri and for this stay it was a medieval festival! Very friendly town and not far from two volcanic lakes which are excellent to swim in. Have stayed in this house four times now and have never been disappointed.

marvellouse house

The proprety is very nice, perfect for a family with a beautiful view. The little town is also quiet, nice and the people very kind. It was a wonderful trip.
