Great spot- couple of items as an FYI - Fan not working in Bathroom- need a mat in the bathtub for shower standing stability- gate to pool broken 2A parking #15 - flooding bad after regulator rain - standing water to get into car trunk

Nice location and Great view

The condo was well-equipped and pet-friendly. You can't beat the beach view and easy access. We were visiting family in the area, and loved having a comfortable place to entertain them at the beach.

Perfect location

No better location at The Beaches. Vintage building charm with adequate upgrades. Beach view amazing and public beach access right there. Going to FL in the off-season, we expect to see construction and work going on. Our only disappointment was the elevator out of order.

Love sitting on that Balcony and taking walks on the Beach. Take a $1 with you and walk out on the pier. Walk back and stop at one of oceanfront restaurants for a beverage or a meal.
Like walking to the Beach Hut restaurant for breakfast or Breezy Coffee around the corner to start my day./ Or my new favorite Angie Grom.
Love the Jax Beach amphitheater is a walk away for show they have.
