About this property

Newer Home Walking Distance to South Beach. Come stay in our New Spacious 3 bedroom plus den, 2 bathroom home. It is the perfect place to stay for your Marco Island paradise vacation. The home features an open floor plan with a fabulous Master Suite with King size bed, walk in closet and attached luxurious bath with 2 person walk in shower and tub with spa jets. One queen size bed in 1 guest room and 2 twins in 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast area which overlooks the pool, as well as a formal Dining Room. There are marble floors throughout the entire home. The Living Room has 12 foot sliders, out to the covered lanai with outdoor shower, then to the wonderful saltwater pool and spa. We have southern exposure which means you'll have sun on the pool all day, yet shade on the lanai. Outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, BBQ, & pool toys are there for you to enjoy.
Our home is in a great location, a quiet side street on the south end of Marco, a quick walk from 2 south beach entrances as well as many shops, restaurants and even the movie theater. You will have everything you need while staying at our house, just bring your bathing suit!

Love this house

This house is in a perfect location, you can walk to the quaint movie theatre, to the beach and nearby restaurants. I am a runner and found many nice streets to run on each morning. We really didn't need to leave the house, the pool and backyard is stunning and a perfect place to relax in all day. The street in a nice quiet street with many nice houses. The house has anything you would need and was very clean. I loved the master bedroom and how it was separate from the kids rooms on the other side of the house. There are 2 bedrooms on the other side and one office that can be converted into a bedroom if needed. Dena was great to communicate with and I would recommend this house to anyone.

Family getaway

We rented this for our family vacation over the holidays and were VERY happy with our decision. The house is spacious and well decorated. It was clear this house is someone's home and not just a rental property. The pool and Jacuzzi were a big hit and made the vacation even more relaxing. The public beach is a short walk away. We also walked to Marco Park which the kids loved. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect!!

I am normally very fussy about where I stay when we go to Marco and always seem to find a few negatives. Not this time! The house was beautifully decorated and had a great layout giving the guest rooms privacy. It was immaculate and certainly not lacking anything that we needed. The pool and lanai were great. I think we lived out there. Very private with sun all day on the pool but with a covered area if you wanted to get out of the sun. There were also plenty of lounge chairs which many places do not have. Nice neighborhood, great for walks and just a short walk to South Beach. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. This truly is someone's home not just a rental property. Hope to get back there again.
