Enjoy yourself in this beautifully charming Moody Beach 2 bedroom, 1 bath oceanside 1st floor unit. Located at 358 Ocean Ave it has all the amenities of home, while you relax at the beach. Whether you choose to walk the sandy beach all the way to Ogunquit, explore the rocky tidal pools for sea life or simply relax beachside, this is the unit for you!

The 1st floor unit has two bedrooms (room 1 - queen size bed, room 2 - twin beds with fold out cot), bathroom with tub/shower, kitchen, dinnette and living room. The unit also has a private patio with an outdoor shower, oversized seating/dining area, lounge chairs and gas grill for outside dining.

The unit enjoys a private entry and off-street parking for two cars.

Maximum of 5 people.

- Bed linens are provided

- Towels can be provided for an additional fee (inquire with owner at time of rental) otherwise, tenants are expected to bring their own towels.

- Wifi enabled.

- Cable TV (Basic) /dvd player provided.

Home is close to supermarket, fine dining and many other local attractions.

Check In is 1:00 PM on Saturday. Check Out is 10:00 AM on Saturday

This is truly a charming condo. It has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. It is conveniently located near shops, restaurants and yes, (for the kids and grandchildren) ice cream shops! The condo is clean and very well taken care of. The owbers are very welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have. We just loved the condo and relaxed every night on the outside patio. This is a great place for anyone to enjoy. Can't wait to go back.

Well maintained property, very clean, good furniture. Apartment was well stocked with everything you could need. Owners are nice and very accommodating. Apartment is comfortable for 2 people. Says it sleeps 5 and it does but the living space would be very tight with any additional people.

This is my 6th year renting from the Tollis family and like the previous years this year was nothing short of spectacular!! The family is very accommodating / easy to work with and extremely nice.
