Great vacation getaway one half block from Carlsbad Beach and a short walk to Carlsbad Village shops, restaurants and breweries / wineries. The Amtrak / Coaster is also convenient for direct access to the Del Mar Racetrack, Old Town, downtown San Diego and more. Easy access to north, south and east freeways. This lightly used owner's unit sleeps 5, is well decorated and comes with your own 1000 sq ft ocean view deck with gas fire pit, BBQ and tiki bar. This second floor unit is located in a well-maintained 4-unit building with onsite laundry, single car garage and off street parking. As of 2023, the unit has new, larger and more quiet air conditioning unit to take the sweat off those hot and humid summer days. Kid-friendly amenities include a baby gate and pack-n-play. Fabulous!!!!

Thank you Dennis for an amazing place to stay and for being such a great host! My husband and I stayed a week and enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean and people watching. The house is so nice and clean and comfortable! I could live there😁 I loved it so much and can’t wait to come back!

A condo with a view

The best outdoor porch overlooking the beach I’ve ever had in Carlsbad. Cute condo, has everything you need. Owner was great!

Ideal Spot!

We loved the location, with the beaches and the Village all within short walking distance. We also loved the large deck and the nice views. When I texted the host Dennis about a problem with the coin-operated dryer, he was super responsive and got right on it by coming over in person and fixing the problem himself. He even gave us a roll of quarters for the inconvenience. I wish all hosts were like him! We would not hesitate to return

Incredible spot

Can’t say enough good things about this vacation rental. It is located in an incredible spot just steps from the beach and the Carlsbad village. Our family took advantage of the easy access and the easy access gave us so much opportunity to enjoy the area. The condo is so well appointed and features everything you will need and more. The setup, furnishings, tvs and overall setup was perfect for relaxing at home. The large deck and view was also a an amazing amenity. Stay here and like all the people before us you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Dennis!!!

Carlsbad beach trip

This house was great, the owner thought of everything. We have stayed at many places in CA and this was the best overall place we have found. We love the beach, surfing, and just watching the ocean and we were close to all.
