Why Christy Weir chose Grants Pass

We bought the property because of the gorgeous view, the peaceful tree-covered property and the charming Craftsman home. It has been lovingly restored over the years and we enjoy welcoming guests from all over to this very special place.

Fun, refreshing & peaceful

  • 5 of 5

Great ambiance, love the wood trim and old hardware. The porch was a staple of our entertaining where the cell phones were non-existent and the stories were plentiful. Quiet and peaceful at night. Had just the right mix of modern amenities and old school charm. You could check your social media, but also put it down and enjoy the country. We absolutely loved it and could see ourselves owning a very similar place in the next handful of years. Highly recommend this country stunner.

Absolutely Charming!

The property and the view from the porch was in glorious fall color during our October stay. The house was perfect for our "sisters" retreat. I would definitely rent this again!

Lounge on the veranda bug-free

A lovely peaceful property, complete with all the amenities- clean & more organized than my own home - all needs anticipated ---well maintained. We spent a lot of time on the front porch, rocking & swinging and eating and drinking (no bugs even) Kudos!

step back in time with all the comfort of today

  • 5 of 5

My family and I stayed here for a week while we were visiting Grants Pass for a family wedding and I really can't say enough about this wonderful place! The home is incredibly equipped for children and I was so thankful! They even had a stroller available, kids dishes and cups, high chair, and my 2 year old sons favorite part, the giant play house outside.

The views are amazing, you're so close to town and yet you feel you're out in a farm town the porch swing was quaint, and the rooms we're comfortable.

Thank you so much for renting out this wonderful place! I plan on coming back!

The only thing I will say is the back bedroom with the queen bed seems to be in an add on and it got very cold at night and we had to buy a space heater. Once we did that it was perfect!!

Perfect visit to Grants Pass

  • 5 of 5

Everything was perfect: So cute at first sight, welcoming front entrance, everyone had their own pleasantly decorated room. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked even basic spices for cooking. Plenty of wonderful bath towels & linens on comfortable beds.

This was our yearly "girls trip" we always stay in a VRBO rental, I was doing the dishes one evening while the others were chatting at the table, they all agreed that this was the best place we have stayed. It was cute well put together, and a great location to begin our day trips!
