About this property

This 3 king bedroom, 5 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is one block from all the restaurants and shoppes of the Times Square/Pier area. Enjoy the peaceful heated pool area with its authentic Tiki Bar on one end. New at the Tiki Bar is a 19 inch flat screen TV, ice maker, refrigerator and blender. BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grill. Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with marble tile countertops, a large living room with white leather couch a queen sofa bed, and a flat screen TV, 4 bathrooms, 2 screen porches, and 2 master king bedrooms with flat screen TV's. Downstairs is another kitchen, a living room with flat screen TV, a bathroom convenient for pool use, and a master king bedroom with a walk in closet. To the street side of the downstairs apartment is a screen porch and laundry room. Between the apartment and the pool is a lanai screen porch with ample seating for your whole family. There are 2 futons, a large couch, two hide a beds and an air mattress for extra sleeping space. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower for pool use and for that larger person in your group. Newly added are fishing poles to fish in the canal, four used bikes to ride the beach or see the island, and two kayaks to paddle the canals and back bay (must sign a waver and wear a life jacket to use). This property is located next door to Paradise Cove ll which is a 4 king, 1 queen, 3 bath, pool, canal, bar home. Put the two together for large family gatherings. Paradise Cove is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.

Early check in and late check out can be purchased for $25.00 per hour.

Great time with all our adult children

We had 4 of our children and our grandson with us. Such a fun property with the pool and tiki bar! We didn’t even make it to the beach and spent our days at the pool where we were all able to relax and have a great time. Tess was amazing and even sent us a ring my daughter left behind. We couldn’t be happier with the property and location to walk to time square. We unfortunately had to evacuate due to hurricane Ian and Tess was in constant communication and helped us through. Our hearts are with Tess the owner and everyone across all of Florida. We will be back when Fort Meyers is ready for visitors again and will rent this house if it’s available.

Loved the house!

The house was perfect for our extended family during our week stay at Fort Myers Beach. We loved the pool and tiki bar!! Everything was clean. Perfect location to the beach and Times Square. The canal was convenient. We rented a pontoon boat for a day and drove it right to the house up the canal where everyone could get loaded on the dock. The beach, shops, and restaurants were within walking distance. Tess was wonderful and we arrived earlier than our scheduled check in and she let us start unloading our things early. The beach wagon, bikes, and kayaks were definitely a plus! We will definitely stay here again!

We own Paradise Cove, Paradise Cove II side by side rentals sleeping 10 each with pool, Beach House across the street from these two with 4 kings and two baths, Miramar by the Sea a 3 bedroom with pool and hot tub, Heavenly Tropics a 4 king three bath pool, and Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each one king duplex with lock out door and pool all rentals in Fort Myers Beach FL. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be near our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We have great friends who help us out with our rentals when we are not there. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside on Fort Myers Beach which we love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Pictures do not do this property justice! The privacy and serenity are abundant But.you are only a half block away from restaurants, bars and shopping. One block from the beach, pier and Times Square. The location is close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away to sit by the pool or at the Tiki bar and feel as if you are on a private island.

Floating in the pool and watching the boats in the canal go by is magical! The heated pool will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind. Enjoy a book in one of the four screened in porches. The view from the upstairs two porches is breathtaking! Enjoy a cocktail at the authentic, fully equipped, Tiki Bar. Once you have relaxed take the five minute walk to Times Square and visit our tropical themed shops. Prices are reasonable everywhere on the beach. Our restaurants boast many specials. If you don't eat out enjoy the well equipped kitchen or cook on the gas grill at Paradise Cove. Welcome to all our guests!
