Large open living/dining room and screened balcony with great 3td floor sunset views. Full size washer/dryer in unit. 5 miles from downtown Sarasota. Gated community with large heated pool, club house, and great exercise facility. Tennis court and car wash on site. Publix, CVS Pharmacy, and Panera Bread Company within walking distance. Very close to other shopping, restaurants, theaters. 4 miles east of Sarasota/Bradenton Airport and 45 minutes south of Tampa Airport. Well behaved dogs are welcome if under 30 pounds. We get nearly 1000 rental enquiries per year and many have to be turned down due to previous reservations. Cancelations sometimes cause us to lose rental opportunities.
