Beautiful Home
From the moment we walked into the property we fell in love. music playing in the background, the sound of the fountain running into the swimming pool and Jose & Carlos to greet us. After a welcome tour of the house filled with beautiful furniture, wall hangings and ornaments , we sat and had our first ( of many) sherries and Jose talked about places of interest to visit and recommendations for tapas. WiFi was excellent. Hot water plentiful, showers good, and it was cosy and warm . We found the kitchen to work well for preparing meals and when we needed extra oven space we used the outside kitchens oven and brought the food up in the dumb waiter. All good fun! Jerez itself was alive with Christmas Cheer and filled with charming streets and alleys to explore . We had a supermarket literally across the road for all basic items which was very handy. The market was excellent for fresh fish, meat and vegetables and all the stall holders were really friendly coping with our poor Spanish ! sign language worked wonders ! For those fitness fanatics , there was a decent gym by the market too which allowed some of our party to join for the duration of the holiday. The indoor pool is small but deep so good for swimming a few lengths, not for the faint hearted as it was a bit cold. We enjoyed it though. I can imagine in the summer time , using the outdoor space too it would be amazing. Carlos was lovely , on hand if we needed anything, very very discreet. All in all 10/10

Wonderful stay in a well located villa.
We spend 6 days in Jerez as part of a family celebration. The villa certainly didnt disappoint and Jose met us and gave us some great information on the Villa and also things to do in the surrounding area. The villa is very close within the Old town, so made it easy to access some lovely restaurants and also the shopping districts. It was also perfect loaction to visit Cadiz and surrounding areas.

Perfect birthday celebration
I booked this property to celebrate my 60th birthday and wasn't disappointed - it is beautiful and its location on the edge of the old part of Jerez is perfect to wander in to town sightseeing, shopping or eating. Jose is a very kind and generous host (welcoming us with a glass of sherry) and Carlos (who lives in) is there when you need him but invisible otherwise and cooked us a lovely celebratory dinner! It is perhaps less suitable for small children but was absolutely perfect for our group and we all had a wonderful stay - thank you Jose and Carlos.

Birthday Girls
We were a party of ten middle aged ladies celebrating some '0' milestones. The house is just fantastic and we received a great welcome from Jose Maria and toasted our holiday with a welcoming glass of sherry. Carlos was great and sorted any problem we had. He cooked us a traditional Spanish meal one evening for which we dressed up to do justice to the dining room. Jose Maria helped us with taxis and a trip to Cadiz( the ferry idea was brilliant). We had a wonderful time and cannot recommend this palacio enough. Thank you again.

Simply idyllic...
This is an utterly glorious house in which we and family stayed while in Jerez for our daughter's wedding. An idyll, an elegant and sophisticated oasis where we recuperated from the heat and flurry (and delights!) of the wedding and its concomitants... We very much look forward to returning as relaxed tourists!
