Situated on approximately one-half acre, has large front yard and back deck with propane gas grill, firepit, and picnic area. Main living area boasts hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows for wonderful views of Seneca Lake, along with a remote-controlled gas fireplace and big screen TV for relaxing evenings indoors. First floor master suite with private bath features large soaking tub with TV and separate shower. Laundry and half-bath also on first floor. 2nd bedroom on second floor has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet - sleeps 3. 3rd bedroom on second floor has a queen size, and a full size and twin bunk bed - sleeps 5. 4th bedroom on second floor features vaulted ceilings and hard wood floors, and can be used as a separate den with a love seat and 42 inch TV - also sleeps 5. 3rd Full bathroom on second floor has large walk-in shower. Contemporary decor throughout. WiFi enabled televisions allow access to your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video. Picnic area and fire pit located in backyard.

30 feet of level lake frontage with picnic area, includes 100 foot dock, 200 sqft sundeck, and 6500-lb electric boat hoist - accommodates up to a 22 foot boat.

Family wedding turned into a week of family vacation.

A perfect place for our family of eight adults. More than enough beds and comfortable space for dining in or simply relaxing. Kitchen is well equipped. Clean. Outdoor areas are lovely too. Plenty to do nearby - both indoors and out. In total, a beautiful area and a great house for a group. Thank you.

Ladies yearly wine trip.

We really enjoyed this property. We call our little group “Sisters by Choice” and we rent a property once a year in different wine areas. This property was one of the nicest ones we have rented and the area was perfect for visiting the wineries.

Wedding Weekend Stay

We were in town for a wedding at Seneca Ridge. The house was super convenient to there, only an 8 minute drive. House was spacious and comfortable. We only ventured down to the lake a few times, but the view from the living room was spectacular.

Wonderful House and Location

We have been visititing the Finger Lakes every fall for 8 years. This is the best house house and location for us. The house was clean and well furnished, with plenty of space. I can't say enough about this property. We will be returning next year.
