Three bedroom vacation villa with inground pool. Privacy fenced
back yard, two car garage.
Master bedroom has king size bed with adjacent one and a half piece
bath, and has it's own television set.
Second bedroom has two double beds. There is also a television set in this bedroom. Third bedroom has two single beds.
There is a living room with chesterfield, love seat, lazy boy chair and
entertainment unit. Verizon Fios is provided for your entertainment
Dining room is complete with table and six chairs.
There is additional seating for two at the breakfast nook.
The family room has a pull out sofa bed and loveseat and is adjacent
to the patio.
There are two very comfortable lounges and patio table with four
chairs on the patio for your relaxation. Also a large propane barbeque is provided for your outdoor cooking.

Functional
The house fit our needs for the week we were there. It was a good Central location for the area as we planned to visit different beaches and attractions daily. My only concern was the carpet and closet in the master had a strong dog smell.

Very comfy and had a homey feel
I loved this house! It had a very comfortable and homey feel to me. I was very comfortable upon arrival and usual do not sleep well in foreign beds. The master bedroom's bed was very comfortable making it hard to even get out of bed in the morning. Everything was stocked! Spices, laundry soap, dish soap, sponges, you name it. We went out and bought things thinking we needed it and we did not. Everything you need in the house was there for you. Plenty of towels and linens. Close to everything but appreciated it was not in a touristy location. They have cable and wifi making things even easier and more comfortable. We also have a one year old and there weren't a lot of decorations he could have broken or many things he got into so I felt more relaxed. I already plan on renting again for next year. Very nice home! Thanks for an amazing stay!
Very nice place, had everything we needed.
I liked that it had a livingroom with a pull out couch and family room. Also two full bathrooms and three bedrooms. Plenty of room and lots of dishes and towels. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to evrything.
Quiet and convenient
We liked most everything about the house. There is lots of room and it is close to everything. When we got there, we discovered a toilet leak and the rental company came out immediately and took care of the problem. It was just a minor inconvenience. We paid extra and had use of the pool. A pool man came once a week and cleaned and added chemicals. That was great. The only problem with the pool was that it is under lots of trees and took a lot of time to keep clean of leaves and seed pods. For us, having a private pool outweighed the hassle. We liked it so much we have already booked next year.

We are a short drive from Tampa or St. Petersburg/Clearwater
International airports, John's Pass which is renowned for its
shopping and nautical charm, The St. Petersburg Pier and Tropicana
Field. We are located minutes from the Pinellas Trail, a 34 mile
long trail where it is possible to bike, rollerblade, or jog in
safety and comfort.
It is a short five minute drive to the Gulf Coast Museum of Art,
Botanical Gardens and Heritage Village and the beautiful Walsingham
Park.
The Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are
approximately forty minutes from our location where there are
many attractions that will please both young and old alike.
Seaworld Orlando, Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando and
Wet and Wild are approximately one and a half hours from our
location.
It is just a short drive from the villa to Sunken Gardens. Salvador
Dali Museum and downtown St. Petersburg. There are many golf courses in the area, both municipal and public for those so inclined.
