After walking up a wide track for a while, from where you can see spectacular views of snow covered mountain, you are lead into a path through a wooded area. On coming out of the wood you will find a rickety bench with great views over the Kaprun valley. As you carry on walking up you may even see a large horse grazing. Good , near center of village location.
Walking distance to bus stop. Good public communication to ski centres.
Great little flat, perfect for our Christmas skiing break
We had a wonderful stay in Kaprun. The flat is small but clean and well equipped and perfect for a small family used to no frills. From booking to arriving and departing, everything was straight forward and easy. After a week on the wonderful ski slopes of Kaprun my children are well and truly smitten with skiing, so no doubt we will be back to stay again next year :)
Well located, warm and comfortable
Just what I needed. Would be ideal for 2 people. Very clean and well appointed. Arrangements for entry were clearly explained. Private parking for the apartments and the ski bus stop is 70 metres away. I would go back again.
Pleasant apartment that suited our needs
Apartment was clean, tidy and warm and perfect for our ski trip to Kitzsteinhorn. Bus stop is a couple of minutes walk which gets you to Kitzsteinhorn in about 10 minutes. Plenty of places to eat and drink just along the road including a supermarket just 5 minutes walk. Good value apartment
Great apartment/good location/still comfortable with 3 people
It was a great weekend we spent in the apartment. It was the 3 of us and it was still comfortable - if you prefer more space it might be too crowded for long term but for a couple days it's good. When we arrived the heat wasn't on because it's central heating (about 3-4 C outside) - we went to grab dinner and by the time we came back the apt was warm so that was a great test:) Nice bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped. The only thing that would be nice to have is a tea towel, and maybe salt/pepper and oil to make short term stay easier - but I understand it's not their responsibility.
Overall great what you get for the price especially. Nice hausmeister.
Skiing holiday February 2016
Good location, close to the ski bus stop, shops and restaurants.
Simple but clean, well equipped kitchen. Very reasonable price.
Important for skiers: there is no ski and boots storage room which is a big minus for holiday in ski season.
