This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Mojacar. (Jardines del Indalo, Calle Blasco Ibáńez, Mojácar) The complex boasts one of the best gardens in Mojacar with a sunny communal pool. This ground floor 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located on a small community complex.
Just a short (6 minute) walk to the beautiful beach at Mojacar Playa.
The apartment has a fitted kitchen with oven, grill and hob, washing machine, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
The lounge is bright and airy with two sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV with double doors onto the terrace with table and chairs for 4 people. The terrace has a built in BBQ which overlooks the pool area.
The master bedroom is a double with door with Juliet terrace overlooking the garden. There is a further twin bedroom.
The bathroom is finished to a very modern standard, with a walk in shower, low level w/c and wash basin.
The pool is a few steps away from the terrace, is safe and secluded in a beautiful maintained landscape garden setting.

Very comfortable, great location.
Our second stay in this apartment and as before, we were happy with the facilities provided. Once again we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, with the apartment being close to all amenities, shops ,bars, restaurants etc. But far enough away to be quite when required. The private gardens and pool are a great asset, which we mostly had to ourselves during our stay. Great for family's and with the beach only a 10 minute walk away it's in such a good location. Simone the owner, is always available to help should a problem arise. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Very clean and comfortable
We had a really great stay at this apartment. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. It’s not super modern but we loved it and enjoyed the terrace and pool. You don’t really get the sun on the Terrace in October but the pool area was very nice. There are a lot of cats on the urbanisation although I’ve fed this back to the owner so hopefully they can do something to improve this. It is a nice walking distance from all the restaurants and beach. Would definitely stay again as good value for the price

Being familiar with the area, we were very happy with the location of the property.
The apartment size is adequate for four people, not ultra modern, but very comfortable and well equipped with all facilities to ensure a happy holiday. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air con worked (thank goodness). The private gardens are secluded, quiet and well maintained, with only 5 mtr. to walk to the pool. The apartment is in an excellent location, with just a 10-15min. walk to the playa - beach, bars, restaurants etc. For those with cars, parking is not available directly outside the property. But is available 50-60 mtrs. down the road. In conclusion, an apartment in a quiet location but close to all the action for a really enjoyable holiday.

Fantastic location
We stayed for three weeks in March 2018. Fantastic location, walking distance to all amenities.. Excellent shower. Could have done with a new mattress on the bed. Don’t be alarmed as you walk in! It is the right apartment, it just has a new sofa!. Kitchen facilities are fine but basic. No dining facilities indoors. Which would not be a problem in summer, but we had quite a lot of rain lol. Simone responded to all our queries about the problematic WiFi very promptly. An enjoyable stay.
