Superb holiday rental

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks in September and it was absolutely perfect. So much room, with 4 very generous bedrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need, especially coffee machines (2). Air conditioning in the living room available at all times and very sensibly the bedrooms limited to overnight and afternoon, which was plenty as the rooms stay cool in the daytime if you leave the doors closed. Beautiful pool and gardens, plenty of places to sit and relax, in the sun or shade. Very quick drive time to supermarket and the Arenal. Beautiful peaceful area and the villa is looked after by a very friendly local lady who welcomes you and is available should you need anything during your stay. We will definitely be staying again, the best villa we have visited in Javea. Thank you Gérard.

Perfect holiday destination in Javea

We’ve been visiting Javea for quite a few years and stayed in quite a lot of properties and this is one of the best! We know the area pretty well and the property is well situated and very quiet without any occupied properties overlooking - so it was very private. Check in process was painless and we were met by a very helpful representative who showed us around. The property itself was very well stocked, TV, WiFi, large BBQ (although we didn’t use it) and a wonderful pool with mood lighting in the evening. Kitchen had everything you could need with also a large utility area in the garage. The only slight issue we had was we thought the bedroom AC wasn’t working but then we found it was on a timer - it would be useful to include this in the property instructions. Communications were excellent and prompt and definitely we would return!

We had a perfect holiday in this lovely house

We (7people, 3 generations) stayed in this lovely house for 11 days in July 2023. Everything was perfect and we had a lovely stay. The house is large, tastefully decorated and well equipped, nothing is missing. The garden is large and beautiful and there is the possibility of both sun and shade. The pool is nice an the kids loved it. From the house there is a beatiful view of the surrounding mountains, and it is not far by car to Aranal and Xabia. Inger and Jens Peter

We enjoyed out stay thoroughly. All was well organized and clean.

The house was very nice with a warm Spanish and characterfull alure. Everything worked well although the TV/movie and music installation could use an improved user-manual / explanation. We would definitely come back to this house in the future.
