Located in the Old Town area of Stratford Upon Avon, close to the Holy Trinity Church and the River Avon, the house is also a short walk to the Theatres, town centre, restaurants and Shakespeare Houses.

With private off street parking for 2 cars in front of the House - a real benefit in Stratford with the very efficient traffic wardens - it provides an ideal base for visiting both Stratford and the surrounding area including nearby historic Warwick and The Cotswolds.

The main bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a SMALL double bed that can sleep 1 or 2. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps 2. The house comes with a well equipped kitchen, large fridge freezer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also free wi-fi, a TV and DVD player.

As You Like it

A great cottage ;near all the attractions but far enough away to be quiet. We loved it and have already booked for next year which speaks for itself. The quiet garden is great in warm weather. Thanks to the owner for making this property available.

Sisters time

Lovely little property, garden a nice secluded area, ideal for a couple of nights and close to centre. Really needs a step outside back door to garden as very high and toilet was a little hard to flush but all in all would stay again

Short getaway

The house is a short stay from the centre of town in a residential street set away from the road. There are two car spaces. The house is basic but good value for money. The living room was tidy and had a television and dining table. The bathroom was clean and had a powerful shower. The kitchen had all the facilities required but was dated and the inside of the cupboards could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I’m not sure anyone had checked to see if the crockery or pans had been used before being put away as the occupants before us had mixed an egg in a dish and then put it back in the cupboard without washing it. I think a more thorough check would help as not all guests clean up after themselves. However, this was our only quibble. If you want a place to crash for a short break while you’re out for most of the day this is more than adequate. It is worth noting that there is building work going on behind the house.

Weekend break

Very peaceful end of town to stay. Homely, comfortable and warm little house. So well equipped, could easily stay for a week or more. Easy walking distance for all that we wanted to do. Look forward to returning.

The property was clean and tidy, I would rate it 8/10 - the bathroom is a bit dated and damp. The location is excellent though for staying in SoA and the facilities were good in the house. The checkin was very easy , but the bin instructions were a bit confusing. Could do with some complimentary tea etc. sachets. Overall very good stay though.Thank you.
