Apartment on the beachfront with views of the Mediterranean Sea. It belongs to the residential Sea Senses of Punta Prima. It is offered for vacation rental. A marvellous spacious apartment with perfect views over the pool to the ses

The apartment has got everything you could ask for. It is spacious, airy and very well furnished. The Nautilus Restaurant nearby is well worth a visit. The resort is very well maintained and has everything you need. We highly recommend this apartment.

bon séjour en globalité l’appart magnifique avec une vue splendide cependant L’inconvénient malgré une superbe piscine c’est à peine si on a le droit de respirer ! Il y a un responsable des lieux et secouristes les enfants ne peuvent rien faire sauter ds l’eau ou autre ! Le personnel est sur vos côtes toute la Journée ce qui gâche la périnite de votre détente ! Vu le prix on s’attend pas à ça ils sont lourds profiter n’est pas le mot d’ordre

Modern and Clean

We rented this property from March 5 to March 27/20. It is a modern and exceptionally clean 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The kitchen was fairly well equipped with oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Both bedrooms were reasonably spacious (main bedroom had access to deck and second bedroom has small deck looking out back of development) . The main deck was large but only sunny part of the morning. This condo had the most comfortable couches that we have ever had in a rental. We found the property manager to be helpful and responsive and made the check in and checkout process easy. Parking is in a secure underground parking lot. There is a large common area with pools and exercise equipment but only one of the pools was heated during our visit. The property description mentions both washer and dryer but there is only a washer, with a drying rack on the balcony. Our cleaning deposit was refunded promptly. Dining tips: Restaurante Punta Prima is outstanding, 10 minute walk, great deck, excellent food, Nautilus (2 minute walk), good for beer/pizza, don't expect fine dining. The only significant disappointment of this rental was that due to Covid-19, we were forced to vacate early on March 13 and the owner has, to date, refused to refund any portion of the balance of the rental despite requests from myself and VRBO and despite VRBO policy encouraging owners to do so. VRBO, by contrast, has been generous in refunding the traveler portion and has been supportive throughout.
