VERY WELL APARTMENT WITH PARKING AND WIFI

The building is located in the Fígares neighborhood, which is freely accessible by car. It is very well located for its proximity to the center (10min walk), its accessibility by car and the good connection with the highway to Sierra Nevada and the Alhambra. Ideal to visit the center and surroundings, if you come to ski or work, for couples or friends, as well as families with children, without forgetting that the tranquility of the neighborhood will ensure your rest. ACCOMMODATION
Apartment with two bedrooms, living room, a bathroom (shower / bathtub, soap, hairdryer, towels, bath mat, heater), a toilet (no shower), kitchen and parking in the basement of the building. A double bedroom with double bed and another with two single beds, both equipped with wardrobes and drawers for storing clothes (sheets and blankets are provided, possible auxiliary bed for another person). The living room is spacious with two sofas, and dining table for 6 people.
It has air conditioning (in the master bedroom and in the living room, fans are also provided), central heating and hot water, Wifi Internet, television and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook (pans, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery etc ...) and has a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, juicer, coffee maker, blender, toaster and sandwich maker). You will also find salt, sugar, coffee, teas, napkins etc ...
The entire apartment is rented, not by rooms.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The street is pedestrian and very quiet, is located 10 minutes walk from the Historic Center of the city (Cathedral, City Hall, Alcaicería, Puerta Real, Plaza Bibarambla ...) and very close to the typical shopping streets, inns and pickups, as well as the English Court, the Congress Palace and the Science Park.
The Fígares neighborhood (Fígares-Río Tenerías, dating from the Nasrid era, when Arab families used this area to wash leather) is in a typical area for tapas (Alhamar Street) and nearby there are also two Shopping Centers with restaurants, cinema , discotheque... In the surroundings you can count on shops to buy basic things, such as pharmacy, supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, magazines and newspapers etc. There are two outpatients open in the morning and the Immaculate Hospital with emergency service is nearby.

HOW TO MOVE
A few meters away there is a taxi, bus and metro stop. On the esplanade of the Palacio de Congresos you can take buses to the center (5 minutes walk). The links for the Alhambra bus are in Plaza Nueva. Access by car to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada by highway are very close.
To access by car to the floor, it is not necessary to drive around since there are several easy entrances from the highway and the neighborhood is not restricted to private traffic. It is possible to park on the street, without paying money.

GUEST CARE

We will contact a few days before to specify the arrival time. The keys will be delivered by hand in the same apartment, please understand that there is no 24-hour entry or safe deposit box, so punctuality is requested. If you already know your time of entry, communicate it as soon as possible. Once the arrival has been agreed, each hour of delay will carry an additional charge of € 15. The entrance from 22 h, will carry an additional charge of € 20. The departure of the apartment will be at 11 h.

To contact me once the reservation is made you can do it through e-mail, through this platform or WhatsApp message (text messages will not be answered). If I don't answer instantly I will do it in the shortest possible time.

OTHER ASPECTS
According to the provisions of article I of Decree 1513/1959, of August 18, hospitality establishments have the obligation to keep a passenger registration book.
Similarly, article 2 of the aforementioned Decree establishes that every person over sixteen years of age, staying in one of these establishments, must sign an entry inexcusably.

HOUSE'S RULES

-Remember that you are in a community of neighbors, you must respect the rules: do not make noise at night (after 00:00, Sundays and at the table), respect the common areas, do not dirty them or damage the furniture, respect for neighbors and their rest.

-You will find the apartment clean and it will be cleaned upon your departure, it would be appreciated if you leave it in acceptable conditions.

-Before leaving, make sure the lights are off, the windows and faucets are closed and the air conditioner is off.

-It is forbidden to accommodate other guests not included in the reservation. If you wish to expand it, communicate it, it will be paid per person and night.

- Entrance to pets is prohibited.

-You can leave your trash by the door from 7 pm to 8 pm, the porter will pick you up. After that time, please deposit it in the nearest container. When you leave, take your trash.

-It is forbidden to throw any object in the inner courtyard of the kitchen, it is a common area. Similarly, do not throw anything into the street.

-It is not allowed to smoke, if you wish to do so, use the balcony and ashtrays that you will find in the kitchen. Do not throw cigarette butts into the street or the inner courtyard.

-On your departure from the apartment you can leave any suggestion you deem appropriate, so the service for future guests will be improved.

Bueatiful spacious flat in a great location
The flat is very spacious and bueatiful. Paola was very helpful and there was plenty of information available in the flat on tourist sights. It is a bonus having a parking space. The kitchen is basic, hob, microwave and a large fridge freezer but was all we needed for our stay. The only negative point for us was the beds were very firm and we prefer softer mattresses, however we were only here for 3 nights. It is about a half hour walk to the Alhambra and 10minutes from the science centre so the location is ideal. Would happily recommend to others.
