In the outskirts of the fourteenth century Gazzane village of Roe 'Volciano, just 2.5 km from the beautiful town of Salò, in an oasis of peace, surrounded by the green Prealps and the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, Corte dedi Cipressi Apartments offers four solutions diversified and adjacent for a special holiday for both a family and groups of even three or four families.
The solution described here provides an apartment (Appa 02) on the ground floor with garden and basement, with laundry and exclusive garage.
The living area includes a kitchen with dining area for eight people, a living area with sofa bed satellite flat screen TV and access to the garden. The garden has a veranda with dining table for 8 people and BBQ. Also provided are two sun loungers.
The sleeping area consists of two rooms, one double, one quadruple room with a bunk bed and two single beds which can be joined in double bed and a bathroom with spa bath and shower.
In the basement laundry room and garage for one car.
The house and 'newly built (2006) renovated and furnished (including mattresses and pillows) in the first months of 2017

Valley Sand instead can be a natural refuge from the summer heat with its green woods and the possibility of long walks in nature.

The apartment 'located so ideal for hiking and cycling trips, in a quiet and residential. The Garda Lake, Hydro, Ledro and the Valvestino dam, hiking in the nearby mountains, visits to the Valley of the paper mills, the Baths of Vallio, the Lucone excavations at the Roman Villa of Toscolano are all cylinder by half a day.

Thanks to its location in fact, you can easily reach beautiful cities such as Verona, Venice, Padua, Mantua and Bergamo with its striking Upper Town, numerous archaeological sites, renowned spas, theme parks and botanical gardens.

A short distance trails for trekking, Nordic walking, mountain biking and horseback riding. For golfers the Garda Golf Country Club in Soiano del Lago features a 27-hole putting green where you can spend the day.

relaxed place with easy access to the lake
this is a nice property that has everything needed for a short stay (one week in our case). the host was fantastic in responding to questions regarding the property or anything else. Roe is a few km from Salo, it is less touristy and a bit more quite. for us this was great as there are fantastic swimming spots to explore (requiring car) and also good hiking options nearby.

- Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfbereit, freundlich und gut erreichbar - Gut organisiert, mit Unterlagen über die Gegend vorbereitet - Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und gut eingerichtet - Sämtliche Gerätschaften in der Küche vorhanden - Schöner kleiner Garten mit großer Terasse und Grill - Eingener Tiefgaragenplatz ist sehr praktisch - Weg zum See knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Auto Im großen und ganzen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder
