PENTHOUSE: With a fantastic view from the top floor of the building, the apartment is right in front of Praia da Rocha in Portimão, Algarve. Near the gazebo. Situated in the Atlantic Building, the Penthouse has two double bedrooms one of them with access to a glass enclosed balcony overlooking the beach and river. The living and dining room is large with access to a panoramic balcony. The living room has plenty of natural light and features a cable TV and internet. The sofa sleeps two people. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, table for the whole family. It has fridge with 3 freezer drawers. With washing machine and laundry. The plate is induction, quickly cook your meals. Toaster and kettle to make breakfast easier. Microwave oven. Iron and ironing board. Vacuum cleaner. It has crazy pots and pans etc. The view from the kitchen is from Monchique mountain range. Two bathrooms, one private in one of the bedrooms. The apartment includes a garage for one car, essential when facing the beach. Just get off at the elevator and it is right in front of the stairs to access Praia da Rocha. In the avenue many shops like restaurants, supermarkets and boxes of muiltibanco.

Absolutely beautiful place

We arrived earlier and the host was incredibly helpful and sweet to let us drop our bags off and have the flat ready before set time. Great communication. What a beautiful flat with amazing views on brilliant location. We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Thank you

Wonderful stay

Graca's apartment is absolutely perfect! Very clean and confortable with astounishing views from 2 large balconies! Graca is very nice and helpful! We found everything we needed in the apartment and we payed extra for sheets and towels but very soft and tick towels, definitely worth it! Kitchen is fully equiped with everything you have at home! The place is just across the road from the golden sandy beach but there are stairs to get to this beach ( we couldn't find a way with no stairs to get to the beach). 2 supermarkets with very good food and all necessities are very close by. The apartment is very close to many restaurants with amazing food: Mursa, Asia, Spot 3 and Castelos. We loved our holiday there! Thank you Graca!

We had a fab welcome and the appartment was so nice and had everything that you would need on hols and some more. Appartment was central to everything and beach across the road appartment had amazing views. I would certainly recommend anytime of year.

Close to beach

Communication with Grace was always fast and clear. She even helped communicate with Uber drivers to locate our lost phone which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is very large, well stocked and we enjoyed listening to the waves and watching boats from the sunrooms.
