REGENCY: A recently restored apartment, right in front of Praia da Rocha. The apartment is on the front line on the 3rd floor of the Atlantic Building. It has fantastic sea views, a balcony where you can relax. The living, dining and kitchen are in a common space. Giving access to an outside balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and microwave. kettle, toaster. Induction hob to cook your meals quickly etc. The sofa makes bed for two people and has air conditioning. Includes cable TV and internet. A parking space. A double bedroom furnished with lots of storage. Another interior room with single bed. The bathroom has shower basin and toilet. Just get off at the elevator, it's right in front of the beach access stairs. The building is surrounded by shops, cafes, etc. No car needed for everyday shopping. If you want to go to the shopping center or move to the center of Portimao. There is the bus stop in front of the building.

Overall we are quite happy with our stay. Grace was very helpful and kindly allowed late check out. I think some basic supplies such as shampoo, cooking ingredients etc. will make it much more convenient.

Woubderful holiday

What can I say! From start to finish! Our holiday in this wounderful setting of Praia da Rocha . Never been to Priara de Rocha before and what a wounder place, we would defiantly come back. The Atlantico apartment is all that you need, and more with a sea view, balcony, wounderful and clean. On arrival Grace was excellent with giving us a run down on the apartment . Would come back and stay. Thank you!

Excellent Location and Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is on the third floor of an apartment block with beautiful views across the view point of Praia Da Rocha beach. It has everything you need for a great holiday. The owner was easy to communicate with and resolved any small issues we had very quickly. Would love to use this apartment again when we next visit Praia Da Rocha.

A week in May.

My Mum & her friend had a lovely week in May in the sun in Portugal. Very friendly hosts. Were there at the apartment to meet my Mum with the keys & ran through everything. The apartment is exactly like the photos provided - you`d be surprised :-) Clean & everything needed for a short or long stay. The balcony gets the sun & overlooks the beach & ocean. All in all they had fun & would recommend the apartment. Thank you to Grace for arranging everything for them. Much appreciated.
