Location:
The detached villa is located in the picturesque village of Silbach, about 5 kilometers from the center of Winterberg and 2.5 km from the ski slopes. In Silbach you will experience a lot of peace and space to enjoy your holiday. Less than 300 meters from the villa you will find a small supermarket - with a bakery and a butcher's shop -, an ATM machine and two cozy restaurants with a bar. From the villa you can walk straight into the woods for wonderful walks or - if there is snow - for cross-country trips. Less than 5 minutes by car is the 9-hole golf course of Winterberg and the Poppenberg from where you can enter the ski resort of Winterberg and experience the 27 slopes.

The villa (155 m2):
Upon entering you enter the hall with a high wooden beamed ceiling. In the hall there is room to store your skis and hiking and / or boots. There is also a toilet in the hall. You enter the living room through the glass door.

The living room is characterized by a sloping wooden beamed ceiling with a height of no less than 4.5 meters! The high glass fronts give a very spatial effect and emphasize the fantastic panoramic view over the hills of the Sauerland. Through the sliding doors the balcony is entered with a glass railing. In the living room is the wood-burning fireplace that guarantees cozy evenings.

Central to the room is the solid oak table with eight comfortable dining chairs. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or play board games with your friends and / or family.

The open kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge with freezer drawers, a microwave and a dishwasher. The oven with induction plate is located in the cooking island. Because of this you are in direct contact with your friends and / or family during cooking or you can socialize with each other around the kitchen island to prepare food or have a drink.

The villa has four fully-equipped double bedrooms with a king-size box spring. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and is therefore ideal for people who prefer not to walk stairs. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The other three bedrooms are located one floor below. One bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink. The other two bedrooms use the wellness bathroom with a shower, sink, sauna and a freestanding bathtub. The hot tub is outside so you can also take a warm bath outside. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor and on the lower floor.

General:
The entire house has underfloor heating and can be set per room. Parking is available in front of the door.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Bed linen is included and is fully provided, towels and kitchen textiles are also provided. You don't have to bring anything with you!
