Located in a very central area, where in 2 minutes walking you can reach the beach, various cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, taxi stops.
A 4 minute walk, you will arrive at Santa Catalina Park, bus station, Elder museum, thalassotherapy, police station, offices of Fred Olsen and Armas shipping companies.
A 7 minute walk also, to the Mesa y López shopping area, where the English Court is located and a large majority of fashion stores.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très bien équipé, très bien situé dans un quartier de commerces et de restaurants et à 100 mètres de la plage . L'appartement est entièrement rénové, tout est prévu pour le bien-être des résidents. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute des locataires et nous a attendu et accompagné à l'appartement lors de notre arrivée. Taxis et bus à proximité immédiate. A recommander fortement.
