Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, aber…..

Die Lage ist schon sehr speziell, und der Berg zum Objekt sollte einem SUV mit Allrad kein Problem darstellen problemlos hochzukommen. Mit anderen Autos..Augen auf und mit Blutdruck Vollgas den Schmalen Weg den Berg hochzukommen. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben, so einen langen serpetinartigen Anstieg gesehen! Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und auch sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Für die Lage ihres Hauses kann sie nichts. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, was natürlich bedeutet das bei 30 grad die Fenster (soweit es die Insekten zulassen) geöffnet sind. Netze vor den Fenstern sind hier ein dringendes Muss für die Vermieterin und sollten angebracht werden…da es dort ein Schnackenproblem gibt. So waren wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Jugendliche) am dritten Tag komplett verstochen. Ich hatte 134 (!) Stiche und meine Frau auch über 100 Stiche am gesamten Körper. Wir haben trotz großen Bemühen es über 12 Tage nicht geschafft die Wohnung Schnackenfrei zu halten. Auch ist das Objekt nur für 4 Personen geeignet. Einer musste auf einer nicht qualitativen Ausziehcouch schlafen, was für uns nicht so geplant war und wir, wenn wir das gewusst hätten, dieses Objekt nicht gemietet hätten.

Erholung in Lovran

Hallo, wir haben ein erholsamen Urlaub in Lovran verbracht. Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein Haus welches auf der oberen Etage von der Vermieterin sowie Ihren zwei Hunden bewohnt wird und im unteren Bereich von den Gästen. Die Unterkunft hat einen Küchen und Essbereich sowie zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Sie ist normal Landestypische eingerichtet, mit allem was benötigt wird. Eine Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden. Im Aussenbereich hat der Gast eine sehr große Terrasse mit vielen Sitz und Sonnenmöglichkeiten bei einer tollen Sicht auf Lovran sowie das Meer. Es steht auch noch ein große Grillbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit zur Verfügung. Desweiteren befindet sich an der Terrasse ein Pool welcher komplett dem Gast zur Verfügung steht und auch von Hunden benutzt werden darf. Die Vermieterin ist sehr höflich und sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich um alles. Hat man Fragen oder Wünsche, werden diese sofort erfüllt. Der komplette Bereich der vermietet wird ist abgezäunt. Das Objekt befindet sich an einem Berg und ist über eine sehr schmale, kurvenreiche und steile Straße zu erreichen. In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich ein Einkaufsmarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Zum Strand ist es ca 1 km zu Fuß.

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Meerblick

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Jasna ist eine gute Gastgeberin, die jederzeit für Ihre Gäste da ist. Der Pool, die schöne Terrasse und der super Blick auf das Meer waren toll. Ein großes Plus ist, das Hunde sehr willkommen sind und sogar mit in den Pool dürfen. Vielen Dank, wir können diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Großartiger Aufenthalt

Jasna ist eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin und hat uns großartig umsorgt. Sie war für jedes Anliegen ansprechbar. Die Lage der Wohnung gibt einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug für mehrere Personen. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich, einigermaßen gute Fahrkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Zu 6. war es kuschlig (aber für uns ok, 2 Personen haben in einem und 4 im anderen Zimmer geschlafen), für 4 Personen wäre die Wohnung perfekt geeignet. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
