About this property

This beautiful apartment MARINELY is located on the ground floor and offers all you need for your summer vacation. It is clean, cozy, has beautiful views of the Split and Trogir.. It is located in a quiet area, but only 15 min away from big and fameous UNESCO cities such as Split and Trogir.

There is a large private garden and a nice BBQ house. By the garden there is also big massage pool with fun park to make your days even more fun.This is the place where you can enjoy and relax.

Bus stop is very close (400m), so you travel by bus number 2 to Split ( 20min ) or to take the bus number 37 to Split or Trogir ( 25min away). It is only 15 min away from the apartment with car.

It is perfect for families with smaller children or large groups for up to 9 persons .

Our apartment has 3 bedrooms(2 double beds200*180, 3 single beds 200*90 and 3 extra beds, if necessary) 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine) , well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer and nice air-conditioned living room with a sofa and 2 ottomans.

This extraordinary accommodation provides direct, free and flat rate internet access (WLAN). Brand new digital LED TV has a 87 cm diagonal with HDMI cable (can be connected from TV to a tablet or a laptop). There is also a computer available for you to use as well.

The whole southern part of the apartment is nicely conected by a large balcony.
There is a large table with its chairs in front of the apartment where you can rest in nice and cozy surrounding garden just next to the BBQ house-just for you.

There are 4 free and private parking place next to the property.

The apartment is only 1000 meters from 2 local beaches ( sandy and pebble) and the sea and 1000 meters from the old town center with coffee bars, restaurants, bank, postal office, pharmacy and ambulance. Just 2 kilometers away, or 2 minutes by car you are in front of 2 huge-sized super markets which work long hours during the summer- from 7-22h (Konzum and Lidl), where you can buy practically anything you want. Marina Kastela and additional big shopping center Interspar,Konzum,Lidl are also a few minutes away by car. You will find that the local restaurant "Kod Bunara", just 1000m away, offers Croatian domestic food at favorable prices.

It is great location and there are lot of options if you want to see all nearby places and experience all sorts of beaches and great traditional dalmatian food.

Absolute perfection

There are so many good things about this place that range from the kindness of the owners and the suitability of the apartment to how near everything is to the apartment. Jelena and her husband are the kindest owners that you will ever meet who are very accommodating and helpful and the apartment and it’s facilities suited an 8 person group very well. It’s near to lovely beaches and restaurants and takeaways and is a cheap uber away from Split which is the hub of where everything is. I would really recommend staying here with a group or a family and again the owners are so friendly and kind we can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done.

A warm welcome and a great view

This apartment is very comfortable, good value, well-equipped, and with a fantastic view from the balcony. For only three of us, it was very roomy. The beds were comfortable, which is important for me as I have arthritis. It was a nice bonus to have a dishwasher. With 7-10 people, the sitting room and especially the kitchen would be a bit on the small side, but there is plenty of space overall in the property. Jelena and Slav gave us a wonderful welcome and were extremely helpful with every aspect. They also provided us with gorgeous fresh bread from their bakery, and even cooked us a delicious barbecue! Kastel Sucarac is well positioned for both Split and Trogir. The nearest beach is less than a kilometre away, but nicer ones are a little bit further down the coast, for example at Kastel Gamilica. The Adriatic sea is lovely wherever you can get in it. We love snorkelling and get to see lots of wildlife every time. Swimming off the nearby island of Ciovo is fantastic, though the roads are more difficult there than on the mainland. In the other direction, just beyond Split, the Marjan peninsula is also lovely. The two old cities of Split and Trogir are amazing. I would definitely recommend Apartment Marinely to anyone planning a holiday in Dalmatia.

Very nice owner and property

The property was extremely clean and spacious, and the bathrooms have recently been remodeled. The owner was so friendly and helpful. She even brought us fresh bakery goods everyday. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and the yard was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment!

Прекрасные апартаменты, не хотелось уезжать

Отдыхали в этих апартаментах 2 недели двумя семьями, 9 человек. Безумно понравилось всё. Очень приятные хозяева, которые готовы помочь в любой момент, каждый день приносили бесплатно выпечку, хлеб и 11л. бутыль питьевой воды. Уютные апартаменты, всё как на картинке, когда приехали на столе нас ждала выпечка, бутылка вина, 4 банки пива и фрукты. Очень удобно, что есть летняя кухня, каждый день готовили барбекю и ужинали на улице. В 1км от дома находится 2 больших супермаркета Lidl и Konzum. Удобный доезд до Сплита и большинства пляжей. Кристально чистое море и прекрасные пейзажи. Очень не хотелось уезжать, с удовольствием остались бы на подольше! Рекомендуем.

Fantastic apartment, lovely people, great country

he apartment is fantastic. It had everything you need, from a bottle opener to a deck of cards. And if you can't find something you can always ask the owners who are very friendly. It was our home away from home. We will definitely come back.

I can offer the perfect accommodation on my property. The apartment is nice and clean with a large private green garden to relax and enjoy during your stay. You may also use all organic food from all the trees (apricot,plum,fig tree,grapes), depending on the time of year.

There is the barbecue house for you to make nice meals and enjoy during the summer evenings.
You will definitely remember beautiful view of the sea, Split and islands.
The property is located in a quiet and peaceful place, located in the nice neighborhood, only 15 min away from the city crowd.
