Very nice apartment of 69 m2 for up to 8 people on the ground floor, in the residence "Les Sables d'Or" located in the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, in the town of La Croix-Valmer

Southern exposure 'panoramic sea view 180 ° on the "Golden Islands": Levant, Port-Cros and Porquerolles. Two parking spaces in the residence secured by an electric gate.

The living room opens with a large bay window on a tiled terrace, garden furniture (table, chairs, 6 sunbeds and parasols) and a private garden of 50 m2 of fine sand with a gate giving access directly to the beach.

This T4 consists of two bedrooms each with a large bed 160x200, a cabin room with 2 bunk beds 80x190 and the lounge area is equipped with a sofa bed for two people in 140x190.

Reversible air conditioning, windows and soundproofed windows, electric shutters, WIFI, television 82 cm.

From 800 euros to 2,520 euros per week depending on the period for this T4.
