House for 4 persons composed of living area with kitchenette, dining table, wood stove and sofa; spacious master bedroom; bedroom with bunk bed; bathroom with shower. outdoor area with garden and gazebo to dine and enjoy beautiful sunsets; the backyard outdoor area with sink and clothesline.
Pets and dogs of all sizes are allowed.

The house has its own garden equipped with loungers for sunbathing, barbecue for good barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining; parking, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, griddle, blender, as well as all kitchen utensils; autonomous heating.

Merveilleux!
Cela fait une vingtaine d'année que je loue l’été et Claudia et Paolo nous ont réservé le meilleur accueil que nous ayons jamais eu! Merci pour l’accueil, la propreté de la maison et la discrétion dont vous faites preuve lors de vos passages pour l’entretien. Quant à la maison elle est parfaitement équipée il n’y manque rien, nichée dans les collines toscanes pour avoir une tranquillité au top soir et matin et en même temps à 10 minutes de Lucca, 25 de Pise et 50 de Florence... Les photos ne reflètent pas suffisamment la beauté des lieux et de la maison selon moi. Merci d’avoir « ensoleillé » nos vacances, Gracie mille!

Privat, rent og ligger tæt på Lucca.
Rigtig god kommunikation med værten Claudia. Min familien og jeg havde en dejlig uge i Claudias hus. Vi nød stilheden, poolen og at det lå tæt på Lucca. Der var alt vi havde brug for i huset og der var flere legeting til vores børn. Tak for lån af huset.

Fijn, keurig huisje. Vooral voor mooi weer, want wel klein. Prima voorzieningen en fijn zwembad. Hulpvaardige eigenaars. Wel wat verkeersgeluid van drukke weg in het dal.

Séjour très agréable et accueil très chaleureux
Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueilli par claudia et paolo. Le gîte est conforme à la description et très propre. La terasse est à l'entière disposition des hôtes. Le gîte est très calme et la piscine parfaitement entretenue. Le gîte est parfaite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfans (9 et 13 ans pour les notres). Claudia et Paolo ont été à notre disposition dès que nous avons eu besoin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à Claudia et Paolo. Bertrand et nathalie.

Casa con vista
La casa ha una bellissima posizione sulle colline intorno a Lucca (ma a 10 minuti dal centro) e gode della magnifica vista di un paesaggio rilassante e molto ben conservato con vigne, ulivi e cipressi. Sia il contesto che l'edificio sono estremamente curati: la casa è dotata di tutte le comodità (riscaldamento autonomo, lavastoviglie, materassi comodi, ecc.), molto ben accessoriata (notevole dotazione di stoviglie) e presenta una cura dei particolari non comune fra le case in affitto. Bellissimo il forno a legna nella zona a giorno! L'ospitalità è stata estremamente calorosa e attenta: grazie di tutto!
