Located in a quiet residential area in the Heart of Central Chamonix, an easy 5 minutes walk from lively central Square, 10 minutes walk from Brevent slopes and only 5 minutes walk from the bus service giving full access to the whole region. It is ideally situated and there is really no need for a car unless of course you prefer it to get about.

From the front bedrooms and living room there are magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aguille Du Midi. The patio. garen is an ideal place to enjoy an apres ski drink and enjoy the views or In good weather just soak up the sun.

This is our 4th stay at Chalet inuit. We never get tired of Chamonix as there is so much many slopes and off piste to explore. The town is vibrant and your place is a perfect base for our group. We Really love the recent changes you have made- the new kitchen looks sharp and the refurbished bedrooms look amazing and really opening up the space.

I would recommend the chalet to any one who wants to visit Chamonix.

Perfect Easter break!

Wonderful snow conditions and a lovely base for our holiday, giving easy access to slopes and Chamonix town with its vast array of restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is warm, well equipped and has good interior design. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a holiday let in a quiet area but with everything on your door step. Amazing views too!!

Great apartment, easy reach of town

The apartment was very clean with nice decor and good storage. It is in a good location with quick access to bars, restaurants and transport to the different slopes. We are very pleased with this apartment and will definitely book again.

Well situated comfortable apartment

Two dads and three boys just returned from half term ski trip. We all had a great time staying at Grahams apartment.

The location is good for not only skiing but also shops and bars etc. Grahams info pack was very helpful with his recommendations of places to try.

The bedrooms are comfortable. Hot water ample for our needs. The kitchen had every utensil I could think of and if Graham could have sorted the weather for the last two days it would have been a perfect stay. I would gladly come back. Thanks

A bit tired

Well equipped kitchen. Nice bed rooms.

Sitting and eating area a bit cramped.

Parking can be problematic.

Hot water limited for baths.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback. As an all year round rental property for outdoor sports enthusiasts the apartment tends to get a lot of use, we continually refresh the apartment and are in fact planning a further refresh in later this year with a re-dec and new flooring throughout. The parking in Chamonix can be a little challenging when we have significant snowfall, however the carpark next to the apartment is always clear and has ample space year round. It is certainly a particular problem this year, because of the amount of snow that has fallen at town level. I am a little surprised to hear about the hot water as we have recently installed an 800 litre tank and most guests comment on the fact there is ample hot water, so we will look into this to make sure there was not an issue with the thermostat when you stayed.

Lovely pre-christmas break

This is a great apartment that accommodated me, my wife and our two daughters aged 4&8. Very close to the town with loads of bars, shops and resturantes. We stayed for 4 days and had 2 days skiing at the learner slopes of des Palands. My 8 years old picked skiing up ready well. We also had a day trip up in the mountains using the Montenvers Tram which again was great.

The infomation provided prior to the trip was superb and the owner always got back to me within a few hours if I sent him a message.

I would return for sure to this accommodation if visiting Chamonix again.

This was our first visit to the area, but am sure it wont be the last!!!

Great location for a stay in Chamonix!

Two couples in late 50s to mid 60s stayed for three nights in this condo. First floor location and very quiet but friendly neighbors. Lovely views of the mountains, just a few minutes level walk from everything. We like to have an outdoor space to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon and this was perfect. Kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of hot water. Very secure.
