The cottage sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside is an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Set conveniently in the centre of the town, with access to the countryside and the coast, Dutch Cottage is a great place for a holiday at any time of the year.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Dutch Cottage Colchester awful property.
Horrendous property. We had no hot water for 9 days absolutely disgusting. Boiler not working. House keeper tried to sort boiler. She got a plumber to look at boiler on tuesday eve. He said it needed a new part , thrn their was discussion with house keeper and plumber about payment. He never returned. Back shower toilet has major damp problem it stunk. Dishwasher stunk. Had to bleach all mugs as Horrendously stained. Most of pots and pans dirty disgusting. Dirty house, beside cooker all greasy. No carbon manoxide alarm. Sofa ripped Advertised as 4 star ???? trade description act This house needs a major clean some new furniture. The boiler needs fixing. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

We arrived in Colchester as new migrants without anything This location is outstanding and has everything in walking distance. Clean, warm, well-equipped, this is an ideal house for people like us.
