Beautiful villa located in an olive grove on the San Sostene seafront 1 km from Soverato, equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, wi fi, washing machine, TV, safe, consisting of 3 bedrooms for 6/8 people, 2 bathrooms 1 kitchen 1 wonderful garden where you can spend relaxing moments throughout the year, even in the mild Calabrian winter. Enchanting beach with white sand, both free and equipped in the summer months, in the crystal clear Ionian Sea.
On Easter week, Holy Friday, a suggestive procession made with fir trees adorned with lampposts completely handmade by the local boys called "Naca", in the nearby historic center of Davoli. Meraviglioso relax

Villetta splendida, non eccessivamente grande ma con spazi molto ben distribuiti, ideale per una vacanza in famiglia o con amici. Grande cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario. La località non offre grandi opportunità di "movida" ma a cinque minuti di macchina c'è Soverato mentre la tranquillità della zona è perfetta per famiglie con bambini. Mare come sempre fantastico
