You are welcome to enjoy your holiday in this Beautiful Villa, in an amaizing place. The most popular vacation destination in Orlando, Florida is Champions Gate. The Oasis Clubhouse has lazy river, water-slide, kids splash park, restaurant, fitness center, yoga classes, movie room, cabanas, tiki-bar and is very close to the villa, just a short walking distance. Don't loose the opportunity to be in Champions Gate, you have also golf, tennis and volleyball courts.
Champions Gate is close to Disney World and also close to the major highways like US 192 and I4.
This wonderful house is brand new, with 6 luxurious bedrooms, with the following distribution: 1 King bedrooms downstairs, 1 King bedroom upstairs, 2 Queen bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 twin bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds and spacious living space, private pool and spa, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, grill/barbecue, (I DONT PROVIDE GAS)and more. You will have unforgettable moments with your family and friends. I am very welcome to bring my personal and excellent services any time.
Very important to know: No smoking in the house and no pets.Pool heating is extra and optional service. It’s $50 per day and it can be on minimum for 3 days. Also it’s needs to be on at least two days before arriving.

Family holiday of a lifetime! Beautiful villa!

I have to say after reading some reviews, I was a little worried before we arrived but I didn't need to be at all! The villa is huge, I don't think the photos do it justice at all! Before we even arrived, Maireddy let us know there was a leak and the plumber would be coming the morning after we arrived! This didn't affect us at all and the plumber had come and gone before we even realised! The pool was lovely and warm. The kitchen was fully stocked with more pots and pans than I've seen anywhere else I've stayed! Yes there was the odd bug but as a brit, these are completely normal on holidays when we visit hot countries! We just popped them outside, without a thought! This trip was a once in a lifetime trip with 6 adults and 2 children, but if we ever had the opportunity to come back, we would stay without a doubt! Amazing communication and memories made we will never forget! Thankyou so much!

Superb and faultless

This was our 4th visit to Florida but our 1st visit to Champions Gate area. A truly wonderful villa that catered well for two families, but a special Thankyou for the best ever customer support from Marieddy, Air con failed upstairs and fixed within 3 hours. You really don't get better service than that..Thankyou..if we do not stay here again we will definitely use Marieddy again for another villa..

The perfect place to start a brand new year!

This is an astonishing house! We arrived on early January and spent 4 weeks living in this amazing brand new house. All the perks an amenities described were there and more. We spent hours playing foosball, hanging out at the patio/pool while BBQing and just simply relaxing indoors. The bedrooms are really comfortable and the whole house is tastefully decorated. Additionally, the property manager was very attentive and helpful. For next year's holidays, this house is going to be my #1 choice.

Great property if updated and cleaned

The house is a great location to the clubhouse. Check in was good. House don’t look to be “truly “ cleaned in who know how long. Serviced cleaned at the best. We rent our places for a month at a time, so we could go into lots of detail.. This place would be awesome if it would be properly cleaned. Needs Updated bedding. Most were stained. It needs New pillows, towels. All are very worn and you can tell. Basic maintenance of the property. We showed up with the fridge shelving broken. We said something never fixed. We had to use a baking sheet for a shelf (which we had to buy since there was no baking stuff) the garbage disposal was broken, they did fix that, but the sink still leaked, and they never came back to fix. The washing machine sounds like it’s going to blow up. The garage is able to be used, but smelt so bad like rotting garbage. The hand rails are about to fall off, and the tax strip of the carpeting are coming through on all edges. Don’t step hard on the stair close to the risers as well as the threshold of upper master bathroom. We stabbed our toes multiple times. I’m not bashing the place. It’s great location, good space, but for the amount of money we paid it could have been updated and cleaned. The pool is nice, the outside also hasn’t been cleaned in how long. The bricks were stained and filthy, the bbq is rotted out. Don’t waste your time. The furniture is very uncomfortable, needs new pads, sun lovers… it only gets morning and early afternoon sun.
