About this property

Luxury Villa on Monte Mayor Country Club with stunning sea views.

Private and not overlooked, the property is equipped with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, steam room and sauna, games room/gym ( pool, table tennis, running machine and cross trainer ) and cinema room with 3 metre screen.

This secluded property is in no way isolated. High speed WiFi and a full Sky TV package ( including sports and movies ) are also included.

The 800 square metre accommodation is completely child friendly. The main living/sleeping area is on the middle floor. 4 of the bedrooms/ensuites are located on the ground floor.

There are both covered and uncovered terrace areas with a large wooden decked area for sun worshippers and a weber gas barbecue.

Car parking for up to 3 cars is available in the garage with space for at least 6 more cars on the drive. Within easy access are the gastronomic village of Benahavis ( 20 minutes ) various beaches ( 20 minutes ) and the bustling upmarket marina of Puerto Banus ( 20 minutes )

The upper floor consists entirely of the master suite, with his and hers walk in wardrobes, and a private large terrace.

The area is also a haven for golfers, the villa is situated on the unique course of Monte Mayor ( currently closed pending renovation ) and just 5 minutes from the beautiful Marbella Club Resort. The Los Flamingos complex is only 5 minutes further away. There are numerous other world class golfing facilities, including Valderrama, within easy reach.

Ideal for a family holiday, or for those that just want a quiet location but with access to many other areas of interest.

Sleeping configurations can be easily adapted with a selection of 5 double and 5 single beds. There is also 1 cot available along with a high chair.

Please note the indoor pool can be heated between October and April for a fee of 25 euros per day payable locally.

Excellent Stay in beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay in the house which was exactly as described. We were two familes with three teenagers and the house was perfect with plenty of space for all and great areas for us to spend time all together. You do need a car, however there are some beautiful walks and runs in the hills behind the house, including a lovely (but steep!) walk (around 75 mins) to Benahavis. The owner was extremely responsive to all queries in advance and during the stay. The property manager was also very helpful and the additioanl touches of fresh bread on arrival was much appreciated. We hope to visit again soon and were sorry to leave! Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay!

Owner Phil is a great host: reliable and accurate! The house is really a perfect place to enjoy your vacation and the description is exactly what it says. The view is spectacular, the bedrooms are spacious and the house is very luxury. The inside pool is great for your work out and the steamcabine is a really nice treat afterwards. This house is really a treat by itself!
