BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING: Final cleaning by the tenant is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This involves tidying up the house and its perfect cleaning (including removing any remnants of food, cleaning cutlery, cooking utensils, eliminating waste, etc.).
This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, if it is not carried out correctly a penalty equal to the cost of the additional final cleaning service will be applied.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the tenant at the time of check-in with payment of the relative cost.
