This is a lovely detached house in condo by the sea in a large garden with swimming pool. The place is ideal for families with children who wish to relax during the summer holidays in Sardinia. The property on two floors with two separate entrances is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms living room, kitchen and outdoor space to enjoy a meal in the garden. The property is located by the sea in a large communal garden with swimming pool and it is ideal for a family with three children during the month of August or for those who prefer a relaxed calm holiday during the month of September. Within a walking distance there are several beaches some with restaurants and beach services others with less infrastructures and services.

Our little cosy house is conveniently located in Punta degli Asfodeli by the Ira Beach in Porto Rotondo . You can walk to the famous Ira beach in Porto Rotondo in 12/15 minuted which is a fully equipped beach and benefits from a lovely restaurant and a coffee shop. The villa located on the stunning Emeral Coast is surrounded by fantastic beaches, Cala volpe, Romazzino, Pevero are only a few and are 20 mins away by car. Porto Rotondo is a 10 mins drive or a 23 minute walk. After a day out by the sea it is nice to relax in the garden by the pool or in our patio. If you wish in 5 minutes you can walk to the closest beach and rent a rubber dinghy and explores amazing beaches and islands such as Mortorio. All around there are restaurants, shops. The place is ideal for families with children who can run around freely or people who want enjoy the beauty and beach life in Sardinia while also resting in a very peaceful home surrounded by nature.

un endroit de rêve !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre location dans un endroit de rêve : l'appartement est très fonctionnel avec une très belle terrasse dans une résidence calme et très bien paysagée. La piscine est partagée mais il n'y a quasiment personne... L'appartement n'a quasiment pas d'ouverture à part la grande baie sur la terrasse ce qui protège de la chaleur. Malgré tout le RDc reste ventilé la nuit grace à de petites ouvertures ingénieuses. Sinon à l'étage l'air conditionné s'impose.On peut se rendre sur différentes plages à pied ainsi qu'à Porto Rotondo par une petite route très charmante. Aux alentours on peut visiter San pantaleo qui est petit mais charmant et Porto Cerzo (juste pour le côté très chic mais moins sympa à notre avis que porto Rotondo). Certaines plages très belles sont bondées (et le mot est faible) ce qui semble ne pas déranger le moins du monde les italiens ! de plus il y a parfois des animations avec musique et karaoké qui sont pour nous insupportables ! mais on peut toujours choisir la plage moins paradisiaque mais qui reste tout à fait charmante et il n'y a plus personne.

The property is superbly kept in a lovely condo with a massive garden and swimming pool by the beach (only 150 meters). You can rent your own rubber boat in the nearby harbour and spend a lovely day at sea visiting the magnificent La Maddalena, or Mortorio. The place is also ideal for family with kids. they can be left playing in the communal garden.

What makes this property unique

The property is simply ideally located. Close enough to Porto Rotondo and quite secluded. By the beach, few restaurants in the vicinity by the beach. One can both relax and enjoy the amusements of Sardinia.
