Great family holiday

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Blanco as family group of 9. Great house, walking distance to the beach and a little supermarket and fabulous bakery. There are a few restaurants dotted around the neighbourhood most in walking distance, our favourite was C'an Perello. However you are not far from anywhere if you have a car and would recommend a trip to Portocolom, Cala D'or, Cales des Mallorca where you will find lots more choices of restaurants and shops. Cala Mondrago Natural Park was 30 mins away where the beach was beautiful and water was crystal clear. Sant Salvador for the most amazing views of Majorca. All in all we had a lovely time, if I was being picky a few things to make it even better would be more outside lighting around the side of the house by the bbq and hot tub. Bbqing by torchlight not ideal! A bigger bbq, fridge and outside furniture for a larger family group would also be good still feels very separate. Overall the house is fab and James was an absolute star. He is very attentive and responsive to his messages and anything that needed fixing or replacing was done straight away.

Villa Blanca

The property had some minor defaults but on the whole was suitable for our needs James at Mallorca Property Management could not have been me re helpful, always responding to our requests and going above and beyond when one of our party got an ear infection by personally driving to collect a prescription when the taxi did not turn up. The area was a little to quiet for our family with places to far away to walk to in the heat , a car is recommended. On the whole a great family holiday !

Modern and well equipped, the villa was ideal for our family of 8. The separate apartment upstairs was really useful. The previous reviews mention a supermarket nearby but this had limited open times. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and a lovely beach about a 10 min walk away. James the manager, was very helpful and attentive when a few issues arose. Would highly recommend for a mixed family group. Thank you for a very enjoyable holiday!

In need of maintenance

Positives: Nice pool. Quiet area, though the road is quite busy at times. Everything you could possibly need for kitchen equipment is included. At no point I found myself saying I wish I had x,y or z. Neighbours were quiet. Beach is 10 mins walk and never too busy. Negatives: Electrical pulse / mild shock was received on both dishwasher and oven, believe theres an earth leak, though a professional should be consulted. Electric access panel, located next to front door was at perfect height for my small baby and not securely fastened, so had to ensure he didn't keep trying to put his hands in. Just needs a screw to fix the loose corner. Kitchen window security was a screw placed through the window frame. Cot mattress was not the correct size for the cot. Ill fitting so my baby's arms/legs frequently dropped into the gap. Made the gaps difference up with blankets. No gate at side of property to stop children escaping. Dropped paving slab around swimming pool, so keep an eye on small children as a trip hazard. There is a jacuzzi though it doesn't look like this could be used. Toilet cistern had been broken at some point and fixed, by what looks to have been glued together rather than replaced. Conclusion: If I had to book again, I would book the property next door. Better maintained, more modern interior and better facilities. Generally I think Majorca's villa rentals are overpriced.

Perfect villa in great location

We had a really great time staying in this property, as a family group with our adult children. It was very hot when we stayed, so we all loved the pool! The terrace was great for family meals, with room for everyone to sit round the table together at the end of each day, and having a BBQ there was ideal as we always love to barbecue on holiday. We spent most of our time lazing around the pool, but did have cars to explore further afield too, which was great, but you don't need a car to stay in this property. The beach was about 10-15 minutes walk, and the shop just a few minutes. The property is well-equipped and had everything we needed. The property management were great in all their correspondence beforehand, everything was clear, and when we had a minor problem with a shower fitting they responded immediately and were round to fix it straightaway. We had waited 2 years for this holiday, because of the pandemic, so anticipation was high, and it did not let us down! We had a great time here, and would thoroughly recommend this property!
