The house is situated in the Natural Reserve of Capo Peloro. It is pretty and comfortable, air-conditioned,
 a few steps from the Tyrrhenian Sea and about 800 meters from the Ionian Sea; in a quiet area, in fact, the house is accessed via a pedestrian street that is about 80 meters from Piazza dell'Autonomia Siciliana where you can park for free the car.
It is also possible to use free public parking at about 30m from the house.
The house is independent and has a large and bright living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom + cot-cot, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, 1 service room with washing machine, shower, wc. The house is equipped with linen (bed, bathroom, kitchen) with the possibility of change and cleaning fee.
They are within walking distance: the beaches, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, nightclub, spa, post office, pharmacy, petrol station, tennis and soccer. At about 2 km: banks, hospital, Carabinieri.
The house is 11 km from Messina and about 2 km from the university of Papardo. The bus stop is 70m, but you may want the car to be able to visit places of historical interest - archaeological and landscape of Eastern Sicily: Etna Park (82km), Alcantara river park (80km), Taormina ( 64km), Tyndaris (60km); some of the most beautiful villages in Italy: Brolo Castelmola, Montalbano Elicona, Savoca, Novara di Sicilia, San Marco d'Alunzio; the Aeolian Islands (UNESCO).
Thanks to the mild Sicilian climate, the accommodation is ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays even in autumn and spring when you can watch the migratory birds that stop on the lakes of the Reserve.
