A perfect choice for couples. Number 53 is a newly renovated town house. It actually has 2 bedrooms but when let to a couple the small bedroom will be closed off and the rest of the house is for your sole use.

It's a lovely spacious option for a couple, far better than a B&B.
We also have a travel cot and a highchair if required.

The lounge is modern and bright. It has a comfy seating area with all the usual amenities, flat screen Smart TV & WIFI. There is also a dining area with table and seating for 4 people.
Newly installed fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, fridge etc. There is an outdoor covered area with a washing machine and a freezer plus a small seating area.

Upstairs is a lovely modern bathroom with L shaped shower bath with a shower over, loo and washbasin.
The bedroom has a double bed and an EMMA mattress with a bamboo, antiallergy, antibacterial mattress protector. Top quality pillows are provided for your comfort. There's a mirrored wardrobe and ample storage plus another flat screen television.

There is a small yard and of course the beach and parks, etc. are all very walkable.

If you travel by car I can provide free street parking passes. As it is free, at very busy times of the year you might not be able to park directly outside the house but there is also free street parking with the passes in adjacent streets in our parking zone. Alternatively the train station and bus links are only 5 minutes walk from the house.

Takeaways, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the Stephen Joseph Theatre are all very close to Number 53.

If the arrival time isn't suitable for you, we will do our best to have the house ready early for you.

All in all the house is perfect for a romantic weekend away, or a longer stay to sample all the many delights that Scarborough has to offer.

Short break
Fantastic short stay break. Accommodation excellent for a family of three adults and a small dog. Would have slept more people. Large living area and bedrooms. Beautifully decorated and spotless. First class communication with the property owner and lots of information provided. Owner also very accommodating. Property centrally situated in a quiet street. Parking outside the front door. Would definitely recommend.

A typical Victorian Yorkshire terrace house in a residential area 5min from town centre. This property has tastefully been brought up to date. Comfortable accommodation everything you should need for your stay. On street permit parking with the permit supplied. Owner of the accommodation could not have done more to make our stay pleasureable

Loved it will stay again
Really enjoyed staying in this property. Was very spacious and cool in a hot week. We were given a parking pass and as long as you can parallel park had no issue. Beach is a 15 minute walk downhill and aldi is 2 minutes round corner. Will definitely stay again, thank you!!

Great place
Everything you could need for a short stay. I was there for work. It was comfortable, clean, well maintained and well positioned in the centre of Scarborough. Great communication with the owners. Hassle free. Will be staying again very soon.
