Breakfast
A delicious Moroccan breakfast is included in your room rate. It can be served to you at the time of your choice! Breakfast varies daily and may include traditional Moroccan pancakes and typical breads: Baghrir and Mesman, croissants, pastries and other pastries. Our Riad is ideally located near a bakery at the entrance to our derb. Atlas honey, fig, strawberry and seasonal fruit jams, omelettes and other egg dishes, yogurt, dried fruit and fresh fruit salad… Naturally accompanied by freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee, milk chocolate. On request, the Riad can also prepare Moroccan specialties: Blanc Harira, Matloaa Berber, or Bissara variant of Marrakech "Foul".
Lunch dinner
The food we serve for lunch and dinner reflects the seasonality of the products available, including traditional dishes like tagine and couscous. We can also meet special dietary requirements such as allergies, gluten for example, or vegetarian diets. It is preferable in this case to inform us beforehand. Each meal is prepared to take into account individual preferences and customer wishes. The Moroccan tradition is to organize and share the same meal served in large traditional dishes. We particularly recommend: a selection of Moroccan salads followed by a tagine (lamb with cumin, chicken with lemon, or beef with prunes) served with local breads. Then finish with a seasonal fruit salad. Followed by the traditional mint tea accompanied by small homemade cakes.
