Holiday villa with a 200 m / 2 garden and barbecue and excellent sun exposure, set in a very peaceful and quiet place in the parish of Moledo, with views of the mouth of the river Minho to the mountain and to Moledo Beach, which is 500 mts. Nice place for a relaxing family holiday, where you can have barbecues outdoors and enjoy meals in the garden surrounded by greenery.

This house is framed in a quiet place, and from the rooftop terrace you can see the sea, the river, the mountain and even the hill of Santa Tecla in Spain.
Guests have access to all rooms in the house, the garden (including barbecue area and terrace).
They also have at your disposal: 4 adult bikes and a child's bike

The house has central heating and a fireplace and is equipped with crockery, towels, sheets and basic hygiene products.

The house consists of 3 floors and a basement garage with full bathroom and washing machine.

Ground floor / 1st floor:
- 1 large living room with dining table, sofas, fireplace, balcony, wardrobe and ironing board with iron;
- Fully equipped kitchen with crockery and utensils, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and juice machine. The kitchen has direct access to the garden with a terrace and barbecue area.
- 1 complete bathroom with shower.

2nd floor:

- 2 bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe. One has a private toilet.
- 1 bedroom with three single beds (bunk beds) and wardrobe.

3rd floor:

- 1 bedroom with King Size bed
- 1 large and bright living room with access to the terrace and overlooking the beach, river, mountain and Spain.

Moledo is a peaceful and welcoming parish that belongs to the medieval village of Caminha and district of Viana do Castelo.
Near the house:
- About 5 min walk: the train station, which connects Porto to Vigo (Spain). You can also find bakery, pizzeria / franchise, small traditional grocery stores, kiosk and ATM;
- About 10 minutes walk: the beach, several restaurants by the sea with terrace, children's playground, surf school, stand up paddle, windsurf and kitesurf and the extensive Camarido pine forest that links Moledo and the mouth of the river Minho where you can take long walks in a fresh air environment.
- Next to the sea there is an ecovia, where you can go hiking or cycling to Vila Praia de Âncora, a fishing village, where you can find on the sea side, several fish and fresh seafood restaurants.

Near Moledo:
- Vila de Caminha at 4 km: here you can enjoy a small medieval village, visit the mother church, the Santo-Antão viewpoint, take boat trips on the Minho river, kayak on the Coura river and cross the Ferry-boat to Spain (Galicia).
Here in Vila de Caminha you can also find several typical restaurants, cafes with a terrace and nightlife bars / clubs.
- Vila Nova de Cerveira at 16 km: also a medieval town, known as the town of the arts where you can visit, among others, the castle of D. Dinis do sé. XIII and the Biennial Art Fair (
- Viana do Castelo 20 km: Capital of Alto Minho, known as the Princess of Lima. City with a historic center, several monuments and the mount of Santa Luzia which is the ex-libris of this city.
- Oporto at 75 km and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport at 65 km, 40 min by car always on the highway.
