2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, close to town & beaches - Dona Ana, Porto de Mos, Batata

Ideally located just outside the Old town Wall of Lagos, this 2 bedroom - third floor apartment with lift is in ideal home from home close to everything! . It is a very short walk away from the centre of Lagos and a 1.2 km from either the secluded beach of Dona Ana beach or the “town beach” of Praia da Batata. Porto de Mós beach is also just 2km away.

Local restaurants and coffee shops are abundant and it is also a stone's throw away from a new, large children's park with big green areas. Underground parking is provided so once you are here it's possible to park your car and walk everywhere.

A gorgeous pool area next to the apartment is the perfect place to relax. Facilities include outdoor toilets & showers, a pic-nic area, sunbeds, landscaped gardens and of course an adult and children’s pool.

The living room is comfortably and stylishly furnished with a large sofa which makes into a sofa bed big enough for one adult or 2 small children and a matching armchair. Again, doors lead out to the terrace. Facilities include Air conditioning, a plasma TV with DVD / CD player.

The kitchen is small but well equipped including oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is direct access to the large terrace with table and chairs, ideal eating alfresco.

A corridor from the lounge leads to the 2 bedrooms. The twin has patio doors to the terrace. The double room has a ¾ length window. Both rooms have laminate floors, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. There is a complete bathroom at the end of the corridor with modern fittings and underfloor heating. There is also a small shower room with WC, heated towel rail and heated floors.

This apartment is ideal for both summer and winter lets due to its proximity to the centre of the town and amenities. Boavista golf course is only a 5 minute drive away and both Palmares and Espiche are both also closeby. Lagos offers restaurants to suit everyone's taste and budget and a walk along the promenade to the vibrant cosmopolitan marina is a must.

Lovely, spacious apartment with large sunny balcony.

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen which led onto a large sunny balcony ideal for meals. Garden/pool area very nice indeed. Location good, approx. 10 minute walk into town centre. Only criticism is that there is no information in the apartment on how to operate anything (t.v./wi-fi connection/safe etc.) or how to park in garage, although there was plenty of parking outside block. All in all though a super apartment and we would definitely use it again.

Die Wohnung ist neuwertig, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Grosse Terasse ist super. WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Strand ist 10 min. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, vor dem Haus ist immer genühend Platz zum parkieren.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage zu Altstadt und Strand

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr angenehm, allerdings arbeitet die Agentur nicht an Feiertagen und nicht am Wochenende.

Das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Das Problem mit dem Fernseher wurde aufgrund der Feiertages erst nach der zweiten Nacht behoben. Das WLAN funktionierte die gesamte Zeit nicht einwandfrei. Es lag wohl an der Port. Telekom.

Die Tiefgarage wurde uns nicht gezeigt. Das Parken dort soll nicht einfach sein. Auf dem Außengelände gab es ausreichend Parplätze, allerdings waren die meisten Wohnungen im Block ungesenutzt. Ein Safe war im SZ vorhanden, jedoch hatten wir den Schlüssel dafür nicht erhalten. Anlage und Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt und in neuwertigem Zustand. Die Aussicht von dem großen Balkon ist leider auf die parkenden Autos.
