About this property

Situated within minutes of Green Bay in Protaras the Bay View villa is in a great location for family holidays in Cyprus. The villa is set approximately a gentle 20 minutes walk from the main strip of Protaras therefore giving easy access to the multiple bars and restaurants but also in a quiet location for relaxing during the day. The detached villa has an open plan living dining area leading to a fully equipped kitchen and a separate WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there a 3 double bedrooms each with their own en-suite shower rooms and then there is a superb roof terrace with great views of the sea and the local area. Surrounding the villa there are private gardens, a professionally cleaned private pool and BBQ/dining area.

Not as close to the resort as described

A lot of road noise ok if your used to living next to a motorway, pool man very rude management team only interested in your money no after care with respect to your final day would not recommend this villa to family and friends
