Family friendly contemporary apartment with ecellent location

This refurnished apartment is ideal for holiday lettings. It has 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite), 2 bathrooms (en-suite bathroom was renovated in 2022 and 2023) , open-plan kitchen (new appliances 2022) /living area and a sunny balcony that faces West. Ideal for 4 persons, but can easily sleep 6 (sofa-bed). Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, coffee-maker, micro and a dishwasher. The apt. is also equipped with cable-tv (some english channels and smart-tv possibility) , stereo, dvd-player, fast wifi (optical fiber) and a washing machine. The location is excellent, the distance to Malaga airport is 12 km, the trainstation (Arroyo de la Miel) 700m, Paloma Park 1 km, tennis 600 m, beach 1 km, club de Hielo (sport centre and ice-rink) 700 m and supermarket 400 m. This 3rd Floor (lift) apt. is in a family-friendly complex that has a beautiful garden and a large swimming-pool with bbq-area. The rent includes linen, electricity, wifi, airconditioning/heating (airconditioning units are in the living room and master bedroom). Security deposit 200 euros for damages, will be fully returned within one week provided there are no damages. Minimum stay 7 nights, no stag or hen parties. There is an additional charge for cleaning (100 euros) and late arrivals (after 9 pm).

Excellent Apartment and Location
The apartment was exceptional, nice and clean with all mod cons and was central to otherwhere we wanted to. We will be booking again in January 23 for next summer

The apartment was in a nice area and the pool was great. The kitchen needed some additional cleaning, the 2nd bathroom had cracked tiles and mould on the tiles which was unusable. The 2nd bedroom had no air condition and was extremely hot and unbearable.

Why they chose this property

Our home (two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and balcony) is located on a side street, a quiet residental area. There are for example large swimming pool, padel field, etc. All services, train station, Arroyo de la Miel center, tennis courts, shops and restaurants are just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The distance to the beach is about one kilometer.
The airport is about 11 km away and our home is easy to reach by train or car.

What makes this property unique

It is our home away from home. We would like our guests to feel that it is also their home while they are there on holiday.
