This apartment is newly luxury equipped apartment on 120 m2 and we rented it for the first time summer 2015. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with whirlpool bathtub and one with shower), large hall, large living room with big sofa and armchair, LCD SAT TV, air condition. There is fully equipped kitchen with oven, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, bar and 2 bar stools. There are 2 tables, one in the dining room (connected with kitchen), and the other on the big terrace. Beside that terrace there is also a small balcony on the other side. In the one bathroom there is also washing machine. We have a baby bed and high chair on request.

In front of house, there is a big garden, where our guests usually enjoy spending their time, with sunchairs free for use. Olives in the garden makes natural shade. There is also a big barbecue. In the garden is also another wooden table (with big parasol) where you can enjoy food prepared on the grill. Solar shower is also there. Location and surrounding are pretty quiet, because house is surrounded with trees. In spring 2016 we planted new grass, put the led lights around the house, and arrange a space near the grill.

About the beach. The beach in front of the house is sandy mixed with stones. Approximately 30-40 meters along the cost there is pure sandy beach. Sandy beach is really nice for swimming, playing in the sea and sunbathe.
