The apartment is located on the ground floor, has a front porch with table and chairs. It has the availability of a side parking space, is composed of a kitchen, bathroom with bidet, shower and washing machine, 2 large bedrooms and a living room with 2 sofas, an armchair, a 32 "LCD TV with satellite TV service,
it is very spacious + rear porch with drain.
